There are various groups of naive fools globally, but the most prominent one is the Science Council of Japan, which issued a statement in late April.
As is well known, the prime minister did not appoint six of the candidates for membership put forward by the Science Council of Japan six months ago.
The late April statement by the Council was an extension of its defiance.　
However, the government ignored it.

I am entirely unrelated to the Science Council of Japan. Still, as long as I know the statements and actions of the Science Council of Japan since the government refused to appoint several people, the actions and thoughts of the Science Council of Japan I can comment on how to do it in one word.
In other words, it is a typical example of a group of people who become "fools."
The Science Council of Japan is a group of people with no sense of decency, common sense, or insight.
It is ridiculous for them to say that they are responsible for Japan's academic problems.
It is the individual researchers carrying the burden of Japanese academics and, by extension, Japanese academic problems.
It is not like an elementary school arts festival, and just because they are a group does not mean that they represent Japanese academia.
As proof of this, I wondered if the six scholars who were denied appointments were the ones who created historical theories in their research fields.
I am in a different field, but I don't know of any.　
If you ask me, what about you, I will answer immediately.
I have created two theories that will last for a hundred years.
I will tell you with confidence that you can understand Chinese classical studies from the bottom up based on these theories.　
I have never been indebted to any group such as the Science Council of Japan because I have always relied on my own efforts to create such theories.
While they were spending their time on frivolous meetings, I was desperately continuing my research.
The cost of my research was created by saving on living expenses.
When there was a shortage, I would write manuscripts for the general public to make up for it.
Whenever they had something to say, they would make a fuss about research expenses.
Are they serious about that?　
As a humanities major and a classical studies student, I have spent a lot of time deciphering specific classics, depending on the volume.
Of course, the anguish and joy of reading in silence, with precision, comes from the solitude of the individual.
I want to declare that the wrong environment for researchers is the shallow meetings and campus politics.　
Nevertheless, the Science Council of Japan is wriggling around under a particular political movement.
If the organization claims to be genuinely indispensable for researchers, why not shake off the protection of the state and turn it into a private gathering of researchers?
If it is indispensable, if the annual membership fee is 10,000 yen and 10,000 people gather, we can make 100 million yen (the current budget of the conference).
If the number of researcher members was 300,000, we could raise 300 million yen.
That would be the true Science Council of Japan, independent of the state.
However, the Science Council of Japan does not have any such ideas, insight, or courage.
They are just hanging on to the national budget.
Then there is no such thing as academic independence.
In addition, it has no idea of academic dedication for the benefit of the nation.　
In short, even if the Council were to be shut down, there would be no hindrance to researchers' research.　
The government has a budget of billions of yen for such an unnecessary project is itself a problem.
Suppose the government has such a budget to spare. In that case, it could distribute the billions of yen to the approximately 1,000 unemployed humanities researchers in their late 20s and early 30s and provide them with an annual research grant of 1 million yen per person.　
As for the science researchers, the companies concerned should provide them with research funds.
They would be a new source of strength for the companies.　
It is interesting to see the incompetent and powerless Science Council of Japan fighting against the government.

以下は本日発売の月刊誌WiLLの巻頭を飾る大阪大学名誉教授加地伸行の連載コラムからである。
日本学術会議に関してのこれ以上ない論文である。
日本国民のみならず世界中の人たちが必読。
世の中、世間知らずの愚者（おろかもの）集団がいろいろとあるが、その最たるものは、この四月下旬に声明を出した日本学術会議である。　
周知のように、半年前、日本学術会議が出した会員候補の内、六名を首相が任命しなかった。
それに反抗する延長線上に現われたのが、同会議の四月下旬の声明である。　
しかし、政府はそれを一切無視。状況はなにも変わっていない。
すなわち日本学術会議なるものが、いかに無力なものであるかということを、よく示している。　
老生、日本学術会議にまったく無縁な者であるが、今回、政府の任命拒否があってからの日本学術会議の声明や行動を新聞紙上等で知るかぎり、日本学術会議の行為・考えかた等について一言で評せる。
すなわち集団になると〈愚者〉となる典型と。
良識も常識も見識もない有象無象の集団であり、こんな集団が日本の学術問題を背負っているなどと自分で言うのは噴飯もの。
日本の学術、延（ひ）いては日本の学術問題を背負っているのは、個々の研究者である。
小学校の学芸会ではあるまいし、集団だからと言って、日本の学術を代表しているわけではない。
それが証拠に、今回の任命拒否された学者六人は、その研究分野において歴史に残る学説を創造した人々なのか。
老生、別分野の者であるが、寡聞にして知らない。　
では、お前はどうなのだと問われれば、即答しよう。
老生、百年は残る学説二点を創造した。
その学説に基けば、中国古典学を根底から理解できると自信をもって伝えよう。　
そうした学説創造に至るまで、すべては〈個人〉の努力に依るのであって、日本学術会議などという集団のお世話になったことなどまったくない。
彼らが下らぬ会議に時間を費やしている間も、老生は必死になって研究を続けていた。
研究に必要な費用は、生活費を節約して作り出していた。
不足のときは、一般人向けの原稿を書いて補なっていた。
彼らは、なにかと言えば、研究費研究費と騒ぐ。
それ、本気なのか。　
文系それも古典学の老生、或る古典を解読するのに、量にもよるが、相当の時間を要してきた。
もちろん、精密に〈眼光　紙背に徹する〉沈黙の読解－その苦悶と歓喜とは、個人の孤独に徹するところから生れる。
研究者に対する悪環境は、チャラチャラした会議や学内政治である、と断じておこう。　
にもかかわらず、日本学術会議なるものは、特定の政治運動の下に蠢（うごめ）いている。
その組織が研究者にとって本当に必要不可欠のものであると称するならば、国家の庇護など振りすてて、研究者を集めた民間集会にすればいいではないか。
本当に必要と言うのならば、年会費一万円として、仮に一万人が集まれば、一億円（同会議現行予算額）を作れるではないか。
研究者会員を仮に三十万人とすれば、三十億円を集められよう。
それこそ国家から独立した真の日本学術会議となるではないか。
しかし、日本学術会議にはそのような発想も見識も度胸も皆無。
ひたすら国家予算にぶらさがっているだけである。
それでは学問の独立などありえない。
まして国家有為意の学術的献策など思いも及ばない。　
要するに、同会議をつぶしてしまっても、研究者の研究になんの支障もないのである。　
そんな不要なものに対して国家が十億円もの予算を組むこと自体が問題であろう。
そのような予算の余裕があるならば、二十代後半から三十代前半にかけての無職文系研究者約千人に対して十億円を分配すれば、一人につき年間百万円の研究費を支給できるではないか。　
理系研究者に対しては、関係企業が研究費をドンと給付すればいい。
企業にとって彼らは新しい戦力となるからである。　
無能にして無力な日本学術会議が政府相手の喧嘩とは、見物だな。　　　　　　　
古人曰く。蟷螂（かまきりか）の斧（おの）を以（もっ）て隆車（大きな車）の隧（方向）を禦がん（じゃましよう）と欲す〔ような馬鹿な話よ〕、と。

NHK and other media (probably led by the Asahi Shimbun) are now saying "with corona" in Japan.
A professor from Kagoshima University,and now in Kyoto University, declared that the Wuhan virus was naturally occurring in a special report by NHK with Professor Yamanaka as the main presenter.
If you read the following genuine article by Mr. Lin Jianliang, you will shudder to realize that they are reporting for and in favor of China.
It will also make you shudder to realize that China is a terrible country.
In the chapter on untrustworthy Chinese papers, you will shudder to realize that President Trump was not wrong about the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine.
The mass media and NHK, etc., reported on President Trump as if he were a total idiot and were just as bad.

The Institute is Jiang Mianheng's stronghold.　
In terms of timing, there are other noteworthy events.　
On September 18 of last year, a "mock exercise" was held in Wuhan, precisely on the assumption of a coronavirus outbreak.

Untrustworthy Chinese Papers
First, many of the studies and papers from China could be untrustworthy.　
Dr. Elizabeth Bik, who studied microorganisms at Stanford University and now works as a scientific consultant, and others have published a list of over 400 papers with "unnatural points" on the Internet.
Most authors are doctors affiliated with Chinese civilian hospitals and university hospitals, and the papers are published in prominent journals.　
Of these, 121 papers were found to have used the same images.
This one point alone shows just how sloppy Chinese papers can be.
This kind of retraction also happened with the Wuhan coronavirus paper.　
On May 22, a Chinese researcher published a paper in the "The Lancet."
Whether or not hydroxychloroquine, a drug for malaria, effectively fights the Wuhan coronavirus is currently attracting attention globally. Still, it is inadequate for the new coronavirus, saying it "increases the risk of patient arrhythmia and death." It was a paper on the research result that it causes harm.
Medical institutions worldwide responded immediately to the findings, stopping clinical trials, recommending that they not be used for treatment, and stopping prescribing hydroxychloroquine for coronavirus treatment.

Inside information flows one after another

A female researcher at the Wuhan Institute for Virus Research, Huang Yanling, died of an accidental virus leak while working in a laboratory.

中国共産党高官が長生きする秘訣は継続的な臓器移植だー。米国逃亡中の中国人富豪・郭文貴から衝撃的な発言が飛び出した。郭は、中国共産党高官はガンなどの病気を患った場合、生き続けるために臓器移植を受けている。臓器は刑務所の囚人から「需要に応じて摘出されている」と話した。

風なければ波立たず。ここ数日ネット上では「国家安全委員会幹部と某紅二代の秘密対話」と題する録音がYouTubeで公開された。それによれば、巨額の資産を持つ中国共産党の高官は、お金にはもう興味がなく、次の目標である不老長寿を実現するために臓器移植を行い、血液も交換するという。

江綿恒の腎臓移植

郭文貴は9月1日に公開した動画で、現職の政法委員会書記孟建柱は江沢民の家来だと指摘した。江沢民の長男・江綿恒は2004年から2008年まで南京の病院で腎臓移植を複数回受けたが、臓器の手配から医者の選任まですべて孟と解放軍幹部が担当したという。孟は上海市党委員会副書記や江西省党委員会書記、公安部長を歴任し、現在は政法委員会書記・政治局委員に至った人物。

江綿恒が腎臓ガンにかかったとの報道は以前にも出ていた。

海外中国語メディア「人民報」は2005年12月の報道で江綿恒が腎臓ガンのため、手術を受けたと報じた。香港「前哨」誌2015年3月号によると、江綿恒は2004年にガンと診断され、上海で片方の腎臓を切除した。

ウィキリークスが公開した、在上海米国領事館による2007年12月4日のメールにも、記録がある。メールでは南京大学の教授顧氏が、江沢民はかつて江綿恒の政治デビューを準備していたが、ガンで2回も手術するほど体調の悪い江綿恒の将来をあきらめたという。

腎臓を交換したのは江綿恒一人ではなかった。郭文貴はまた、孟建柱の母親が腎臓だけでなく肝臓移植も受け、孟の妻が2回にわたって腎臓移植を受けたと話した。

今年3月、郭文貴は大紀元に対し、方正集団元理事である李友は、強制摘出された臓器を移植した疑いがあると暴露した。李友の肝臓移植のため、合計数十体もの生体ドナー、すなわち生きた人間が用意されたという。

14億の中国人は採っても採り尽せない「人体バンク」

9月20日、「国家安全委員会幹部と某紅二代の秘密対話」が公開されネット上を騒がせた。録音によると、中国共産党指導者が最高権力を掌握した後の目的は2つしかなく、政権を持久的に存続させることと、不老長寿の方法を探ることだ。できるだけ長く、そしてできるだけ質の高い生活を送るよう、権力者はどんな手段も辞さないという。

録音には、中国最大の資源は人口であり、14億の中国人は採っても採り尽せない「人体バンク」との話が出ている。共産党指導者は、発達した科学技術で不老長寿を追い求め、体中の臓器や血液を、より健康的なものに取り換えようとする。

今年8月20日の動画で、郭文貴氏は次のように述べた。「どうしてガンにかかっても高官たちや息子らは生きていられるのか？　どうして彼らは南京で移植手術に7人分もの腎臓を用意できるのか。高官は生きながらえている。20年以上もだ。なぜか？　臓器移植したからだ！　嘘ではない。どうして李友は臓器移植をしたのか？
　2回も3回も…李友は十数年間も肝臓がんを患っているのに、どうしてまだ生きているんだ」

「法輪功迫害を追査する国際組織」の報告によると、中国には臓器の出所となる巨大ドナーバンクがあり、そのほとんどが、収容中の法輪功学習者、チベット族やウイグル族、キリスト教徒だという。臓器狩り事件は江沢民らが国家機関を総動員して行ったもので、共産党・政府機関・軍隊・武装警察・司法機関・医療機関が関わっている。

MH370　マレーシア航空370便失踪　執刀医の連続飛び降り自殺のなぞ

郭文貴は9月6日公開の動画で、マレーシア航空機失踪事件は「政治的暗殺事件」であり、同便には一連の臓器移植に関わった者のほか、彼らの帰国を説得するためにマレーシアに出向いた公安部一局と三局（主に国家安全保衛を担当する）の人物も搭乗していたと主張する。「失踪者リストでは、一般人扱いされている。本当の所属を調べればよい」。

郭文貴は、移植手術に関わった南京軍区総医院副院長の黎磊石、上海長海病院の李保春の相次ぐ自殺にも疑問を呈した。黎磊石と李保春は「法輪功迫害を追査する国際組織」に臓器狩りの加担者としてリストアップされていた人物で、奇しくも2人はそれぞれ、飛び降り自殺した。

黎磊石は中国腎臓移植の第一人者であり、人民解放軍腎臓病研究所所長、南京大学医学院臨床学院副院長、教授を歴任した。2004年の政府系メディア報道によると、黎磊石と彼の学生による腎臓移植手術の生存率は100%に達する。その確実な腕前は、江沢民父子の目に止まったに違いない。

香港メディア「明報」は2010年3月の報道で、黎磊石は3月16日に南京の自宅14階から飛び降り、死亡したと報じた。しかし政府の公式発表では「悪性腫瘍により治療の甲斐なく死亡した」とされた。黎磊石の死については9月現在もBaidu百科で確認することができる。

李保春は同じく腎臓病学専門家であり、上海長海医院腎内科主任・主任医師・教授だった。「揚子晩報」2007年5月24日付け報道によると、同年5月4日午後4時頃、李保春は上海長海院ビル12回より飛び降り、死亡した。44歳だった。

郭文貴はさらに、自分自身も「臓器狩り」に関わったことがあると言及した。郭は9月1日の暴露動画で、「法輪功側はかねてから臓器狩りに言及していたが、私は本当だと思わなかった。だが本当だ！　今言えないことがたくさんある。私も関わったことがある。いつかそれを話したい」と結んだ。

郭文貴は、大量殺人が疑われる「臓器狩り」関与者への宣戦布告ともとれる発言を、この医療殺人未遂の関係者の親族は、国外に出た者も少なくない。郭はいつか、彼らを集めて海外で「記者会見」を開きたいとの考えも示した。

江沢民派の子飼いとされる郭文貴は、身内の犯罪容疑を明かす理由は不明だが、仲間割れが原因だとの見方が出ている。

気鋭のジャーナリストの本物の論文等から得た強い直感に裏付けられた確信

ＷＨＯと中国がズブズブの関係であることは、もはや周知のことですが、実は研究機関もそうなってしまっているのです。と題して2020-08-28に発信した章である
共和党の党大会が開催された日にトランプ大統領が記者会見で発表した主要な2点。そのうちの最も重要な事が、watch９を除く私が観ていた報道番組で放映された。
「ウイルスを拡散した中国に対して必ず責任を取らせる」
私は胸がすく思いがした。この報道を目にした世界中の人たちが同様に思ったはずである。
本欄はgooとアメーバで発信を続けているのだが、gooで最も検索された章が、「コロナウイルスに何を掛け合わせて新型ウイルスを作ったのか。どの様に変異して行くのかも彼女は確認していたはず…その制作過程を全て彼女は明らかにしなければならない…石正麗よ、それが人間としての務めだ」である事を、我ながら誇りに思っていた。
私は、この章を100％の確信をもってかいたのだが、それは、河添恵子さんという気鋭のジャーナリストの本物の論文等から得た強い直感に裏付けられた確信だったからである。
昨日、発売された月刊誌Hanadaの、総力大特集　習近平に反撃せよ！のトップバッターを務めている医師・評論家・政治活動家である林健良さんの、武漢コロナウィルスは習近平に都合が良すぎる、と題した論文は、私の確信を更に強固なものとした。
日本国民のみならず世界中の人たちが必読の論文である。
今、日本ではNHKを始めとして（多分、朝日新聞が旗振り役なのだろう）with corona等と言っている。
或いはNHKが山中教授をメインの司会者として報道した特集の中で、武漢ウイルスが自然発生のものだ、と断言した、鹿児島大学出身の京大教授。
林健良さんの以下の本物の論文を読めば、彼らが中国に与し、中国のための報道を行っている実態に気づいて戦慄を覚えるはずである。
中国が本当にとんでもない国である事にも戦慄を覚えるだろう。
信用ならざる中国論文の章ではマラリアの薬であるヒドロキシクロロキンに関して、トランプ大統領は間違っていなかった事と、トランプ大統領を大馬鹿者であるかのように報道したマスメディアとこれに同調したNHK等の酷さに戦慄を覚えるはずだ。
研究所は江綿恒の牙城　
タイミングという点では、他にも注目すべき出来事があります。　
昨年9月18日、まさに武漢でコロナ感染の発生を想定した「模擬演習」が行われました。
ウイルスを持ち込まれることを前提とした演習で、武漢空港を全て消毒するとか、クリーンゾーンと汚染ゾーンをどう分けるかといった、まさに新型コロナ感染爆発後に世界各国がやらざるを得なくなった様々な対策が演習として行われた。
いまの話と繋げると、ちょうどカンシノのワクチン開発が始まってすぐの時期にあたります。　
その１ヵ月後の10月18日には、世界109ヵ国の軍人9308人が参加した「世界軍人運動会」が武漢で行われました。
その名のとおり、世界中の軍人たちが一堂に会してスポーツを行うイベントで、４年に一度開催されます。
もちろん、たまたま今回は開催地が武漢だったのでしょうが、中国当局はこれを利用した。　
つまり、現在ウイルス発生源について米中が激しく論争しているなか、中国外交部の趙立堅副報道局長がツイッターで「米軍がウイルスを武漢市に持ち込んだのかもしれない」と主張した真意は、この運動会で米軍が持ち込んだと言いたいためだったのです。　
さらに11月には、武漢の海軍大学校が緊急に検疫体制をとった、という情報があります。
外部の人間を出入り禁止にし、大学に入る人間は全て検疫をする。
軍事学校ですからこういうことがあるのはおかしいことではありませんが、8月、9月、10月の出来事を見ていくと、中国政府は「このあとに起こることを知っていた」ようにしか見えないのです。　
時系列だけでなく、もう一点、見逃せないのは、中国政府内部の権力闘争です。　
中国では医学関係、医療関係を一手に引き受けているのは江沢民派で、武漢ウイルス研究所は江沢民の息子、江綿恒（こうめんこう）の牙城と言われています。
武漢ウイルス研究所はＰ４ラボと言われる最高危険度のウイルスを扱える研究所で、このレベルのものは世界でも数えるほどしかありません。
そんなレベルの高い研究所の所長は王延軼という39歳の女性ですが、彼女は研究の経験も実績もない。
このような女性がなぜ所長になれたかというと、彼女の夫・舒紅兵が江綿恒と関係が深いために抜擢されたと言われています。　
今回、武漢コロナウイルス感染爆発が起こったことで、これまで習近平が手を突っ込めなかった江沢民派の牙城に軍を入れて、やっと支配下に置くことに成功したと見られています。　
ワクチン開発責任者が習近平派である陳薇であることも、江沢民派が握っている医療関係に手を突っ込むためと言えます。
つまり、今回の中国の動きというのは、医学や生物学の問題以外にも、権力闘争の要素がふんだんに含まれていることを忘れてはなりません。
信用ならざる中国論文　　　　　　　　　　　
そもそも中国発の研究や論文というものは信用ならないものが多い。　
スタンフォード大学で微生物を研究し、現在は科学コンサルタントとして活動するエリザべス・ビク博士らが「不自然な点」がある400本以上の論文リストをネットで公開しました。
著者のほとんどが中国の市民病院や大学病院に所属する医師で、著名な学術誌に載った論文です。　
そのうち121の論文で、全て同じ画像を使用していることがわかりました。
中国発の論文がどれくらい杜撰なものであるかが、この1点だけでもよくわかります。
こういった論文撤回は、今回の武漢コロナウイルスの論文をめぐっても起きました。　
5月22日、医学誌『ランセット』に、ある中国人研究者が論文を掲載しました。
マラリアの薬であるヒドロキシクロロキンが武漢コロナウイルスに効果があるかないか、いま世界で注目、話題になっているのですが、それについて「患者の不整脈や死亡リスクを高める」と新型コロナに有効どころか害を与えるのだ、という研究結果の論文でした。　
世界の医療機関は、この研究結果にすぐさま反応し、臨床試験を中止したり、治療に使用しないことを推奨したりと、ヒドロキシクロロキンをコロナウイルス治療に処方するのを中止したのです。　
しかしこの研究はその後、使用データの信憑性が疑われ、当の『ランセット』が6月2日に疑義を挟む声明を出し、さらにその2日後には論文掲載を撤回する事態になりました。　
それにしても、なぜ一流の医学誌である『ランセット』や『ネイチャー』にこのような論文が掲載されてしまうのか。　
端的に言えば、もはやこういった研究機関や雑誌の多くはチャイナマネーで汚染されてしまっているからです。
中国から研究費をもらっている、講演費という名目で賄賂をもらっている……。
ＷＨＯと中国がズブズブの関係であることは、もはや周知のことですが、実は研究機関もそうなってしまっているのです。
次々に流れてくる内部情報　
こういう状況のなかで、研究所の内部から様々な情報が外部へと流れてきています。　
たとえば、石正麗を実名で告発したとされる武漢ウイルス研究所の研究員、陳全姣の身分証明書がネットに流れたり、武漢ウイルス研究所に所属していたた黄燕玲という女性研究員が、実験室での研究中にウイルス漏れ事故により感染死した、と身分証明書付きで告発されたりしています。　
それらの情報の真偽はともかく、身分証明書自体は本物です。
そのことからも、内部の人間によるものだとわかる。
つまり研究所内でも、先ほど指摘したような権力闘争的抗争が行われているのです。　
最近では香港大学公共衛生学院のウイルス専門家、閣麗夢が香港からアメリカに亡命し、ＦＯＸニュースに出演。
中国当局は12月31日の時点で「人から人」へ集団感染が起きていることを把握している、と中国疾病予防コントロールセンターの友人が言っていたと発言し、話題になりました。　
閣麗夢だけでなく、他にも複数の研究者が亡命していますが、表に出てきたのは彼女一人。
しかも亡命したのは4月28日のことで、告発したのは2ヵ月半も経った7月です。
その内容も、はっきり言ってたいしたものではない。
「人から人への感染」については、前述したとおり、3月にサウスチャイナー・モーニング・ポストが報じているのですから。　ただし、ポンぺオ米国務長官は武漢コロナウイルスが武漢ウイルス研究所から発生した大きな証拠を掴んでいると主張しており、今後さらに大きな動きがあるのではないかと思われます。

But the world is moving in a scary direction.
The United States is already increasing its scrutiny of companies that provide China with technology that can convert to military use.
Of course, Japanese companies are no exception.
One of the companies targeted is Toyota Motor Corporation, which boasts consolidated profits of 2 trillion yen.
In response to China, which has its eye on Toyota's fuel cell technology and is planning to apply it to drones, Toyota is trying to contribute to China through collaboration with Tsinghua University.
But how would the U.S. fare if Toyota's fuel cell technology was used to significantly increase the range of drones and provide significant military leverage, either as a weapon or for reconnaissance?
Imagine drones flying over Japan, or even the United States, in droves.
And let's not forget that the technology, too, is being shaped by China's "thousand-man plan" for inviting advanced technology researchers and university professors from abroad, who have been brought in with unbeatable hospitality.
They live in high-rise apartment buildings with heated swimming pools and gymnasiums. They have been assigned beautiful secretaries from the Public Security Bureau, who happily produce research results for China.
And their contact person is the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).

I have long believed that the true nature of a person or a country, whether an individual or a country, emerges clearly in times of disaster or crisis.

Dealing with such a country is always a headache for us, and it is an important issue that we cannot avoid.
