「ボロ雑巾のようになるまで働く」とも揶揄されるこの業界。
他ブログでも内情が書かれていることが多い。
完徹を数日続けることもある。

こんな状態は、
・新卒または第二新卒
・未婚
・共働き
・子供なし
でないと非常につらい。
理解も得られない。

この業界の離婚率が高いとか、Family Managementだ、と言われる所以である。
もし、伴侶を探すのであれば、
同業界経験者、キャリア志向の人間、「内助の功」的相手を！！

35歳限界説というのもうなずける。

ただ、コンサル業界、
猫の手を借りたいほど、最近忙しい。
業界経験があると、40歳代前半であればマネジャー採用候補として、
門戸拡大をしているそうな。
実際は、どうなんでしょ。

Although I do not know how prestigeously you were working as partner of a worldwide confulting firm, I believe that you are not skillful as top management nor business inqubator. I cannot believe your managerial behaviour. I never feel you're excellent. You're just selfish!
You should be blamed of recruiting new members, telling bunch of lies, including the quality level of methodologies, staffs, feasibility of the current business, and client bases for new business, etc.
I should have trusted the sixth sense of mine....
No use of crying spilt milk...
I was astonished to see your selfishness, noticing I am free to leave or stay.... What to do must be cutting off your own compensation...
I heard during this several months so far that your company is notrious... I hope you close your business as soon as possible.
