５月６日の２～３校時に、児童総会が開かれました。
児童総会は、児童のみなさんが、自分たちの進む道をみんなで決めていくための、大切な会です。
３年生以上の３７０名以上が、体育館に集まり、一年間の児童会活動の方針や内容を話し合いました。
まずは、小林校長先生から「児童総会というのは、大人になっても必要となる大切なことを学ぶ場です」という意義のご説明がありました、
本部役員が、しっかりと原案を提案した後、多くのクラスから、活発な質問や意見が出されました。どのクラスからも、学級での原案検討がしっかりと積み重ねてきた様子が感じられました。
全会一致で可決された、本年度の常永小学校児童会のテーマは、以下の通りです。
「笑顔あふれる常永小！きずなとやる気でハッピースマイル」
テーマが決まった後、柱となる三つのスローガンも決まりました。
① きずなを深めてハッピースマイル
② ルールを守ってハッピースマイル
③ やさしさとエコでハッピースマイル
５年生から「あいさつ運動」についての修正案も出されました。その場で数分間の学級討議の時間を設け、議決を行いました。そして、修正案をもとに、年間での取組を行っていくことを確かめました。このように、児童が主体的に話し合いを行う場面が見られ、非常に有意義な総会となりました。
会の最後には、深澤教頭先生から、話し合いに熱心に参加した児童と、忙しい中がんばって準備を進めた本部役員さんたちへ、ねぎらいのお言葉がありました。
そして「みんなで決めたのだから、みんなで守る責任がありますよ」というお話もありました。
ゴールディンウィークの狭間、修学旅行前の忙しい最中でしたが、６年生を中心にしっかりとした一年間の計画づくりができました。

We had the general meeting of the children on May 6th From 2nd school hour to 3rd school hour.This meeting is important,because they decide their way.Tere were over 370 people in the gym.They discussed their activity and their contents for one year.First the schoolmaster Kobayashi said,"The general meeting is the chance that they learn important things".The stuffs proposed the good original bill.There were many questions and opinions from the many classes.Each class discussed enough about the original bill.That was approved unanimously.Children's theme was next.
"Everyone are smiley in Joei primary school,with happy smile by bonds and becoming interested"
After the theme,the main three slogans were decided.
①We deepen the bonds and have happy smiles.
②We observe the rules and have happy smiles.
③We are kind and do ecology and have happy smiles.
5th graders gave the proposed amendment about compliments campaign.After few minutes the classes discussed and they decided.Under the proposed amendment,they made sure of the program over the year.Because children discussed subjectively,the general meeting was significant.Finaly the deputy headteacher said,"Everyone discussed very well,and the stuffs got ready very well,therefore all you observe the rules because you decided." They made the plan of the year with 6th graders as leader.It was golden week and 6th graders were busy before the school excursion.Next sending,I will send this bill document by PDF file.
