新たな2,500軒の家の建築プロジェクト（ICAN家屋建築プロジェクトフェーズ2）のキックオフミーティング。ドゥラッグ町長とバランガイキャプテンたちが一堂に集まり、今後のスケジュールについて確認。この地域初の大規模「恒久住宅」建築がついに始まる。
これで、広大な敷地のドゥラッグ町の北半分の全壊の家のほとんどは、アイキャンによって、建てられることになる。ちなみに、同地域の子どもの教育（学用品や教室の修復、建設）、生計回復の活動もアイキャンが担う。災害発生5日後から、僕らはここで住民とともに活動してきた。だからどうしても最後までやり遂げたい。

【緊急募金】
フィリピン中部の島を横断した超大型の台風30号（ハイエン）は、1,600万人を超える被災者を出しました。これに対して、アイキャンでは、これまでの20年間のフィリピンでの活動経験を活かし、緊急救援活動を実施しています。

A kickoff meeting of new housing project for 2,500 households or ICAN Housing Project Phase 2 was held. The Meyer of Dulag and all brgy captains concerned were present to make sure the schedule from now. Massive durable housing project is going to start now for the first time in this area.
By the time we finish this project, almost all totally damaged houses of north dulag will have been reconstructed by ICAN. We are also going to take care of education such as school supplies, repairing/ construction of classrooms and livelihood in this huge area. We have been working with the people here since 5 days after the typhoon. We would like to see their full recovery.
