12月～2月は、1年の中でも一番寒く、山沿い等場所にもよりますが、被災地周辺の気温は朝方だと10℃台になり、フィリピンの人たちにとっては、とても寒い時期となります。家財道具一式を失った世帯にとって、少し薄めの毛布が、喜ばれています。
日本政府（JICA）から台風22号被災者に対して供与されたプラスチックシート、毛布、スリーピングパット、マット、水容器の提供を、現地の社会福祉開発省（DSWD）と協力して実施しています。

nkets, plastic sheets, Gerry cans and sleeping pads.
