偽イスラエル占領国が緊急事態宣言、ロックダウンを強いている時、パレスチナにとっては却って平和ではないだろうか。
パレスチナには、普段から、アラートが鳴り続けて来た。
狂信者のテロリストの入植者達は、パレスチナ人の農地に入り、オリーブの木を切り倒したり、家に投石、放火する等と、脅迫や嫌がらせに留まらず、暴力、殺人と、極悪非道を繰り返して来た。
また、そんな過激派の入植者達は、占領軍の後ろ盾を得ており、政府の公認で行っている。入植地拡大政策に並行した、民族浄化ハラスメント策である。
漁師は、地中海で限られた非常に狭い海域でしか漁をする事が出来ず、傍で占領軍が監視し脅し、銃を打ってくる。
占領軍は、国境付近の安全地帯確保の為、空中から農薬を散布して、農作物を枯らしてしまう。
占領軍は、その占領政策の中でも象徴的なもの、農地の破壊と共に、違法建築等と言いながら、ブルドーザー等の建設機械でパレスチナ人の家屋を破壊し続ける。
また、占領政府が破壊するとお金が掛かるからと言ってその料金を請求するが、その金額がとても高い事もあって、払う事が出来ないパレスチナ人は、自分の家を自分で壊さなければならない屈辱を味わう。
かつてパレスチナ人の私有地であった所にユダヤ人墓地が作られたり、逆に、パレスチナ人の墓地を破壊して入植者用の住宅地に変えてもいる。
周辺のシリアやレバノン、ガザ地区等に先制攻撃を行っている事と同様に、パレスチナ人の子供や、それどころか幼児に至るまで、大人になるまでに手懐け、抵抗や反抗しない様に矯正する意味で、先制攻撃、即ち、拉致して刑務所に入れている。
妬みが強い偽イスラエルは、かつてパレスチナに造られた国際空港を破壊した事をはじめ、EU（欧州連合）や国連等が贈呈したソーラーパネルや学校教室のハウスを没収したり壊してしまう。
普段から分離壁、アパルトヘイト・ウォールで囲まれており、且つ、コロナ対策としての封鎖で、余計に不便な状況下に置かれる事となるものの、過激派の入植者が出てこないだけ、まだマシかもしれぬ。
9月に占領政府は再封鎖し、10月に入って段階的に解除するという。8月までの解除時、また、この後と、ストレスの溜まったテロリスト入植者達が点在する多くの入植地から出没し、再びパレスチナの地にはアラートが鳴り響く事となる。

The forces confiscated a caravan usually used by the school’s fourth grade, which has five students. Forty-seven of the community’s children attend grades one to nine at the school. The school has been under renovation for the past two weeks, and the caravan was removed from the area temporarily by the residents and used for storage. Border police officers violently pushed and arrested a resident who protested the confiscation. He was released the next day, after depositing bail.」

「On thursday, 27 February 2020, at around 9:00 A.M., Civil Administration personnel came with a Border Police escort, military jeeps, a bulldozer and a digger to the Palestinian community of Khirbet a-Safai a-Tahta in the area of Masafer Yatta, which lies in the South Hebron Hills. About 22 people live in the community. The forces demolished a shack used as a livestock pen and an outdoor livestock enclosure owned by two members of the community.
They then proceeded westwards to Khirbet al-Mufaqarah, which is home to some 73 residents, where they demolished a tin-roofed cinderblock structure housing a family of three. From there they turned north to Khirbet a-Rakeez, home to 15 people, where they demolished another tin-roofed cinderblock structure housing a family of nine, including five children. Both residences had been donated by a humanitarian aid organization.
The demolitions were executed pursuant to Military Order 1797, which was issued in April of 2018 and removed the semblance of judicial review.」

A verbal argument ensued that quickly turned physical. One of the settlers pushed a resident who was filming the incident, knocking him to the ground. A dog then bit him in the arm and abdomen, and the settlers stole his phone and fled. The resident was taken by ambulance to a medical clinic in Yatta, where he was treated and given a rabies shot.」

On 28 March 2020, three residents of a-Tuwani passed southwest of the Havat Ma’on outpost on their way to Khirbet-a-Tuba. When they were about two kilometers from their village, settlers attacked them with stones. The three ran back towards the village calling residents, who met them halfway there. The residents and the settlers threw stones at each other. About a half an hour later, soldiers arrived and dispersed the crowd.
Around an hour later, several settlers approached the area of al-Humrah, south of a-Tuwani, which belongs to village residents. A-Tuwani residents came to drive them out and mutual stone-throwing ensued. Soldiers arrived at the scene and fired tear-gas canisters at the residents, who were on their own property, and arrested three of them. Two of the detainees were released the next day, after one had to post a bond of 1,000 NIS (~280 USD). The third is still in custody.」

「On 7 Feb. 2020, during a protest by the Separation Barrier near Qaffin, Palestinian youths lit tires and threw stones and empty bottles at Israeli soldiers on the other side of the barrier. At one point, a soldier fired a live round from a jeep despite no danger to the force, striking Bader Nafleh, 19, in the neck. Experience shows that no one will be held accountable – the shooter, his commander, or those who gave the orders enabling the shooting. As long as the whitewashing policy continues, so will lethal, illegal shooting of Palestinians.

「On Wednesday, 19 February 2020, at around 10:00 A.M., Civil Administration personnel came with a Border Police escort, two bulldozers and a crane truck to a school in Khirbet Susiya in the South Hebron Hills. The forces confiscated a caravan usually used by the school’s fourth grade, which has five students. Forty-seven of the community’s children attend grades one to nine at the school. The school has been under renovation for the past two weeks, and the caravan was removed from the area temporarily by the residents and used for storage. Border police officers violently pushed and arrested a resident who protested the confiscation. He was released the next day, after depositing bail.」

「On thursday, 27 February 2020, at around 9:00 A.M., Civil Administration personnel came with a Border Police escort, military jeeps, a bulldozer and a digger to the Palestinian community of Khirbet a-Safai a-Tahta in the area of Masafer Yatta, which lies in the South Hebron Hills. About 22 people live in the community. The forces demolished a shack used as a livestock pen and an outdoor livestock enclosure owned by two members of the community.
They then proceeded westwards to Khirbet al-Mufaqarah, which is home to some 73 residents, where they demolished a tin-roofed cinderblock structure housing a family of three. From there they turned north to Khirbet a-Rakeez, home to 15 people, where they demolished another tin-roofed cinderblock structure housing a family of nine, including five children. Both residences had been donated by a humanitarian aid organization.
The demolitions were executed pursuant to Military Order 1797, which was issued in April of 2018 and removed the semblance of judicial review.」

The Civil Administration had blocked access to this community several times last year, and local residents removed the roadblocks.
On Tuesday, 3 March 2020, at around 8:30 A.M., Civil Administration personnel came with a Border Police escort and two bulldozers to the area of Masafer Yatta, which lies in the South Hebron Hills. The forces used sand mounds, rocks and concrete to block the road connecting the communities of of She'b al-Batem and Khirbet al-Fakhit. The blockage extends travel from Khirbet al-Fakhit to the main road (Road 317) by about 5 km. The road has been blocked before - about six months ago - and local residents removed the blockage.」

On Friday afternoon, 27 March 2020, a resident of a-Tuwani was grazing his flock between the village and the Havat Ma’on outpost. About six settlers arrived, some of them armed, along with two dogs, and tried to drive him away. The shepherd called other residents, who began documenting the attack.
A verbal argument ensued that quickly turned physical. One of the settlers pushed a resident who was filming the incident, knocking him to the ground. A dog then bit him in the arm and abdomen, and the settlers stole his phone and fled. The resident was taken by ambulance to a medical clinic in Yatta, where he was treated and given a rabies shot.」

On 28 March 2020, three residents of a-Tuwani passed southwest of the Havat Ma’on outpost on their way to Khirbet-a-Tuba. When they were about two kilometers from their village, settlers attacked them with stones. The three ran back towards the village calling residents, who met them halfway there. The residents and the settlers threw stones at each other. About a half an hour later, soldiers arrived and dispersed the crowd.
Around an hour later, several settlers approached the area of al-Humrah, south of a-Tuwani, which belongs to village residents. A-Tuwani residents came to drive them out and mutual stone-throwing ensued. Soldiers arrived at the scene and fired tear-gas canisters at the residents, who were on their own property, and arrested three of them. Two of the detainees were released the next day, after one had to post a bond of 1,000 NIS (~280 USD). The third is still in custody.」
