今日こんなメールが来ていた。
We will be closing ArrowWeb on 12/15/09. As of today, 12/11/09 we still have your web hosting account listed as active on our system.
On 12/15/09 our upstream provider will be disconnecting our servers and at that time you will no longer have access to your website or your website files and neither will we. If your site is not transferred by 12/15/09 you will not be able to obtain a copy of your website and we will no longer have access to your files either. So please, if you have not started the transfer process for your website, start now.
移動は完了していたが、念のためサーバー内のファイルをすべてダウンロードした。
これでarrowwebとは完全にサヨナラだ。
使いやすいサーバーだったので残念だ。
時代の流れなんかな～～。
資本力のある企業しか残れないのはさみしい。
サーバーもムチャ安いところが増えている。
やすいんだが２．３年で閉鎖なんて例もある。
もうけるだけもうけて、はいサヨナラじゃね～～。
このarrowwebは閉鎖の連絡メールを数回送ってきている。
最初は3ヶ月ほど前。
このブログでも紹介した。
以後２週間に一度くらいの割合で連絡してくれていた。
親切だし誠意を感じる。
お礼のメールを送りたいのだが・・・・・・。
英語のメールは苦手。
でも、なんとかお礼をいいたいので簡単なのを送っておいた。
