【原文】　

主ある家には、すゞろなる人、心のまゝに入いり来る事なし。主なき所には、道行人みちいきびと濫に立ち入り、狐・梟やうの物も、人気に塞れねば、所得に入り棲み、木霊など云ふ、けしからぬ形も現るゝものなり。
また、鏡には、色・像なき故ゆゑに、万の影来たりて映る。鏡に色・像あらましかば、映らざらまし。
虚空よく物を容いる。我等が心に念々のほしきまゝに来たり浮ぶも、心といふもののなきにやあらん。心に主あらましかば、胸の中うちに、若干の事は入いり来たらざらまし。 

【現代語訳】　　

主人がある家には、他人が勝手に入って来ない。主人のない家には通りすがりの人がドカドカ押し入る。また、人の気配が無いので、狐や梟のような野生動物も我が物顔で棲み着く。「こだま」などという「もののけ」が出現するのも当然だろう。
同じく、鏡には色や形がないから、全ての物体を映像にする。もし鏡に色や形があれば、何も反射しないだろう。
大気は空っぽで、何でも吸い取る。我々の心も、幾つもの妄想が浮かんでは消え、消えては浮かぶ。もしかしたら、心の中身は空っぽなのかも知れない。家に主人がいるように、心にも主人がいたら、妄想が入り込む余地もないだろう。

【最も印象に残った一行】

食生活を下手に見直し、接種カロリーを減らすと、確実に体と脳（心）の老化を早めます。カロリ－量を減らすと、おおむねそれに比例して、摂取たんぱく質の量少なくなるので、筋肉量が減り、老化が急激に進むのです。

塩分の害以上に「我慢の害」が健康寿命を縮めることが多いからです。不必要な我慢をすると、ナチュラルキラー細胞の活性が落ち、免疫力が低下して、ガンをはじめとする大病を招くリスクが高まります。
