「アスパラガス」の意味です、どんなレストランか興味があるので早速日曜日のよる予約をしました、込んでいるのかと思ったのですか当日予約でとれました、此処は札幌のレストラン「モリエール」の中道シェフのコンセプトで美瑛の農協がスポンサーで作られたものです、僕が思うにはもっと山の中に作ったら良かったのにと思うのであります、料理は野菜選科と名前があるので野菜料理かなーと思ったら全然そんなことはありません。ごく普通です、僕らの頼んだのは５０００円のコースです７０００円のコースとの違いは前者が牛肉の赤ワイン煮後者はステーキですこの肉はたぶん、、美瑛産と言っているので「千代田フアーム」のお肉だと思います、僕らが前者のコースを選んだのは訳があります自分のペンションにも同じメニューがあるからです、アペは春巻きの皮に包んだジャガイモクリーム煮ですサラダは２０種類の野菜サラダ次ココットに入ったタマネギとベーコン煮はグリーンアスパラガスのゆでたてメインは牛肉の赤ワイン煮です、そしてデザートはブリオッシュとイチゴとオレンジのコンフィチュールとエスプレッソだけです、
少し物足りないですね？野菜のおいしさを出していないですそしてバゲットが一つしか出てこないのは手抜きと言わざるを得ない粉物は単価が安いのだからもっと種類を出さなければならないと思う最低でも五種類ぐらいのバゲットは欲しいですね僕らの行くレストランはいつもこのぐらい出てます、此が普通では美瑛では粉だけで相当な種類がそろいます、そしてデザート選べないのは全く情けない僕らの作るデザートより質が落ちますね作り置きのできるデザートで此しかないのは納得できないですね、今日僕の友達に話したら「変更してもらえばよかったのに」といわれてしまったこの友人の娘さんはロビションでパテシェをしていましたそん人です。
後少し気合いを入れて作って欲しいです。
サービスは少し手違いがあるようです、僕が主役なのに始めにメニューやワインリストを他の人に出すのは間違いで、メニューの間違いホワイトとグリーンアスパラと記載が合ったのですがグリーしか出てこなかった。入荷が無いのならちゃんと説明して欲しいです、、、「帰りに良く考えてメニューを組み立てていたら思い出しました」食事中に気がつけばクレームを当然していました。
ゲストが帰るときもドアを開けて欲しいです、レストランで自分でドアを開けたのは初めてです、北海道のスタンダードなのなかなーレベルが低いかも「サービス料金」をとっても良いのだからこんな事をしていたら北海道のレストランのレベルは上がらないです、悲観していてもしょがない後２回ほど行く予定です次回は「本当の野菜を作っている人と」あと一回は来年どんなレベルになっているのか確かめに行く予定です、レストランを作るのは料理人、サービス、そして客によってレストランのレベルが上がるのでは。コマーシャルに頼る北海道のスタンダードはいつか滅びます。
