　◎ クラップマン委員長（独）に「入学式処分」を伝える

　ジュネーブで５月２７・２８日に行われた「子どもの人権条約日本審査」の最中２７日深夜に、東京都の入学式における不起立者処分のニュースが流れました。
　即座に、ニュースと一緒に被処分者の会から発表された「抗議声明」を英訳して、２日目の審査の前にクラップマン委員長に「昨日のニュースです」と手渡したところ、新鮮な情報提供を歓迎されました。
　The　Statement　Protesting the Unjust punishment for hinomaru（the national flag）and Kimigayo（the National Anthem）on the Entrance Ceremony．
　On ２７ May ,２０１０，board of education of Tokyo metroporis decided to take disciplinary　action against the ３ Tokyo Metroporitan high school teachers，and forced theofficial announcement of the punshment by reason of not standing on the entrance ceremony in april.
Thepunishment contains as follows,areprimand punishment for 1person(not standing up on the ceremony once)by reducation of a salary by 10%)by reduction of a salary by a month for 2persons(not standing-up twice).
The punished association demanding the withdaual of “Hinomaru“and　”Kimigayo“，the　Tokyo”Kimigayo”Trial　Accuser　Group　and　the　Teachers　Concernd　declare again te determination to fight through,demanding the withdraual of the unjast punishment.
