We have participated in the foundation assembly of “Quality and Accountability Network Japan(J-QAN)” as a member NGO. We keep committing to enhance quality and accountability of our projects.

ICAN (International Children's Action Network) with experiences of development projects and emergency relief operations for 21 years in the Philippines. ICAN is an independent Non-government organization(NGO) working for the welfare of children. We are seeking individuals and international / local groups who have partnerships with us.
