禁煙と派閥解消は誰でもできる

昔永田町ではこんなジョークが飛び交ってたそうです。

禁煙と派閥解消は誰でも簡単にできる

理由は

何度でもできるから

だそうです。

今回マスコミは自民党の派閥の解消を大々的に報じていますが

若い頃からこの話ばかり聞いて来た身としては

バカバカしくなりますよね。

私が大学生の頃から

自民党は何度も何度も派閥を解体しましたが

結果はこれですからね。

大体今の安倍派は

正式名称は清和政策研究会ですが

創設者は福田赳夫です。

その福田赳夫は私が２０歳の時に

首相就任と同時に派閥を解消した筈なんですが

いつの間にかゾンビのように復活して

堂々と自民党の最大派閥として存在してた訳です。

ですから断言できます。

今後も派閥は絶対に無くなりません。

でもどうしてでしょうかね？

実は人間社会自体に

派閥の存在無くしては存在できない

そんな集団の本質があるのです。

私たち人間は

誰でも強い組織に守られたい

そんな願望があります。

人間の作る組織の強さは

その構成員の数で決まる事が多いわけで

だから

組織はひたすら巨大化を求める訳です。

しかし

組織が巨大となっても

個人にとって見れば

その組織が自分にとって有利に働くのかどうかは

全く別問題です。

一番分かり易いのが今のロシア軍ですよね。

世界２位の軍事大国ですが

個人単位で見れば

死ぬのが分かってて突撃させれる訳ですから

その組織は地獄って事になります。

ですから

自分が組織の恩恵を受けるには

その組織の中で

発言権を得て組織その物を動かす

これが必要なんです。

組織内部でも発言権は数ですから

仲間を作りそれを実現させる

これは大きな組織の中では不可避って事になります。

だから

自民党でも派閥は絶対に無くならない

そんな構造になってるのです。

にも関らず

派閥の解消宣言を受けて

何の疑問も持たずに報じるマスコミ

軽く見えてしまいますよね。

まぁ政治の世界はどうでも良いのですが

会社

これも人間の作る集団ですから

全く同じ原理が働きます。

大きな組織では

主流派と非主流派では

人事に大きな差がでますから

皆さん内部では派閥争いが絶えないのです。

私が知ってる銀行の支店長でも

出世して役員になるのを目指してたのに

自分が属する常務が派閥争いで敗れたら

即刻出向転籍になりました。

こんな感じで

安心を求めて大きな派閥に属しても

内部では争いは必然ですから

そのストレスでうつ病になる人が多いのです。

それと

大きな組織と小さな組織

これ

所詮人間が活動する訳ですから

実は大差ありません。

私たち不動産業界は

大手の業者と競合する事が多いのですが

その相手は地域の支店です。

そして

人員の数では

支店単位で見れば

私たちより少ない

こんなケースが多いのです。

そうやって考えれば

私たちが大手に対して委縮する理由は何もありません。

それとまたロシア軍の話ですが

あの巨大な組織であっても

実際に前線で起こってるのは

小隊単位の戦いです。

１０人単位で広大な土地を這いずり回ってる訳で

当事者たちは大きな組織に守れてる

なんて安心感は全く無いと思います。

私は会社を起こす前から

組織のそんな本質をいつも考えていました。

ですから

派閥争いも無く

かといって大手を恐れる必要も無い

そんな立場の零細不動産屋は

私にとっては

最高の居場所

って風に思っています。

This time, the media is extensively reporting on the dissolution of factions within the Liberal Democratic Party.

But I has been hearing that kind of story many times since I was university sutudents

So It's going to be ridiculous.

The Liberal Democratic Party has disbanded factions over and over again

Current Abe faction 

The official name is Seiwa Policy Research Group.

The founder is Takeo Fukuda.

That Takeo Fukuda became prime minister when I was 20 years old.

And he dismissed the faction as soon as he assume that position

But now it revived like a zombie.

And became la-gest faction.

So I can definitely say that.

Factions will never disappear 

But why?

In fact, human society itself

Cannot exist without factions

That is the essence of organization

we humans

Everyone wants to be protected by a strong organization.

We have such a desire.

The strength of human-made organizations 

This is often determined by the number of members.

that's why

Organizations are constantly striving to become bigger.

but

Even if the organization becomes huge

From an individual's point of view

Does the organization work in your favor?

That's a completely different issue.

The most obvious example is the current Russian military.

It is the second largest military power in the world

If you look at it on an individual basis

They are forced to attack enemy despite they are going to die.

For them  Russia military is hell.

Therefore

How can I benefit from the organization?

within that organization

Get the right to speak and move the organization itself

It is necessary

Even within an organization, the right to speak is determined by numbers.

To make group 

This is inevitable in large organizations.

that's why

Factions will never disappear even in the Liberal Democratic Party.

That's how it is structured.

Despite that

Following the declaration of dissolution of the faction

The media reports without question

It looks light, doesn't it?

Well, I don't care about the world of politics.

This is also a group created by humans.

The exact same principle works.

in large organizations

in mainstream and fringe

There will be a big difference in personnel promotion

So there are constant factional conflicts within your ranks.

In the case of the bank manager I know

He was aiming to get promoted and become an executive.

But his faction boss lost in a factional dispute?

He was expelled immediately.

Like this

Even if you belong to a large clique for of peace of mind

Internal conflicts are inevitable

Many people become depressed due to this stress.

And interestingly

large and small organizations

After all, humans are active.

Actually, there's not much difference.

Our real estate industry

We often compete with large companies

But we compete their local branch.

and

in term of number of personnel

Looking at each branch

less than us

There are many cases like this.

If you think about it that way

There is no reason for us to bow down to the big players.

Also, let's talk about the Russian military again

Even in such a huge organization

What's actually happening on the front lines

It's a platoon battle.

So they are crawling around in groups of 10 across a vast area.

Do they feel they protected by a large organization?

I don't think there is any sense of security at all.

Even before I started the company

I have always thought about the essence of an organization.

Therefore

No factional conflicts

there is no need to be afraid of the big players.

A small real estate agent in such a position

For me

the best place to stay

That's what I think.
