昨日の夕方入って来た
目白の田中邸の火災
驚きましたね。
昔は目白御殿と呼ばれて
田中角栄に陳情に来る人たちで賑わっているのを
何度もマスコミで見ましたが
さすがに今はそんな事は無いようですが
御殿その物は残っていて
田中真紀子が住んでたんですね。
一時相続税で物納した
なんてニュースも流れましたが
それでもまだまだ広い敷地が残ってる
ってのは今回の火災の映像で確認できました。
しかし田中角栄がいない御殿
何か淋しい物ですね。
古今東西権力者は
豪華な建築物でその力を示す
これが定番ですが
日本では田中角栄が多分最後でしたね。
その後の総理大臣は
あれほどの財力はありませんから
言うなれば雇われ社長みたいな物です。
その意味では小ぶりになりました。
その点ロシアのプーチンとか
あるいはアメリカのトランプ
建物で自分の力を誇張しますが
まぁパワフルですよね。
ただ私自身は
どうも欧米の豪邸で権力を見せつけるやり方
肌に合いませんね。
プーチンもトランプも嫌いですが
その権力と一体化した宗教勢力
これはもっと大嫌いです。
ロシアで言えばロシア正教ですよね。
プーチンべったりで
キンキラキンの大聖堂と衣装
まるで趣味の悪い成金不動産屋です。
日本でもかつては
権力と結びついた仏教勢力が
大きな寺院を建てまくってますが
多分僧侶たちは
仏より権力者
こっちを信じてたんでしょうね。
そんな訳で
私自身は豪邸と呼ばれる家も全く好きではありませんが
ただこの仕事ですからね。
たまにそんな家の売却依頼も受ける事がありますが
以前大田区の豪邸の査定に行った時に
価格を提示したら
まぁ激怒しましたね。
この家をこんなに安く見積もるなんて
あんた素人か？
って言われました。

ある会社の社長さんですが
二代目です
会社の状況が思わしく無くて
資産の整理を始めた訳ですが
瞬時に思いましたね。
この器では会社経営は無理だと・・
この程度の話も冷静に聞けない訳ですからね。
まぁ私は諦めも早いですから
無理して深入りしようとも思いませんので
分りました
と言って豪邸を去りましたが
この豪邸ってのは
力の象徴ですからね
力の無い物がそれを引き継いでも
その価値はありません。
目白御殿も
田中真紀子には
荷が重いように思いますね。
今回の出火原因は
仏壇の線香の消し忘れだそうです。
線香って
消し忘れれば火事になりますか？
だとすれば
日本中火事だらけですよね。
私は
線香は燃え尽きるまで立てて置く物
そう理解しています。
と言うより
線香が燃えてる途中で消す人を見た事がありません。
まぁ実際に何があったか分かりませんが
田中角栄があの世から
この家は娘には負担が大きい
そう思って
焼いたのかも知れませんよ。
いずれにしても
家は
住む人の器に合うのが一番ですから
子孫の力を考慮せずに豪邸を建てては
苦労させますよ
って話です。
