Today is a nice day!
I decided to go cycling
I could touch the wind, how nice it is!!
It took 15 minutes to go to Ikebukuro by bicycle from our apartment.
池袋までチャリで15分くらい。天気が良かったのでサイクリング
暑いけど、気持ちいい風楽しい～
バイクも欲しいんだけど。横浜とかまでチャリで行けるのかな？
山手線一周とか。何か変わったことしたい。
東京にいるうちに。小笠原も絶対行かなきゃ

となりのトトロ

It's one of popular movies in Studio Ghibli's.
It was broadcasted on TV yesterday.
I like Miyazaki's works.
When I watched his movie, I feel gentle and realize how wonderful is our life and mother nature.
He taught me us a lot.
His movies talk us about relationship with human, the earth, and animals.

昨日テレビで『となりのトトロ』を観た
無邪気なメイとスツキや自然と優しさが溢れる話でとても良かった。
知り合いによると埼玉と東京に跨った場所にこの森のモデルになった場所があるらしい。こんな素敵な場所に暮らしてみたい。
今は仕事や自分の生活のためだけに暮らしているけど、いつの日か自然に囲まれた場所でのんびりとしたいな。
っていうか、やっぱり旅行いきたいなぁ。

Who wants to be a millionea?

I was touched by a TV program which is "Millionaire".
The Millionea looks like American's "Who wants to be a Millionare".
So challengers try to answer 15 questions.
I saw one of chalkenger, who has a cancer.
She can't live so long...
She said if I got a million dollar, I want to make memories with my family.
Finally, she was be a Millionare!!!!!
I cried a bit.
I hope she's going to have a nice time with her family.

アメリカでもよく見ていたミリオネア。
結構好きで時間がある時は結構みる
今日は病気で長く生きられない「生きているうちに家族で思い出を沢山作りたい」
と願うお母さんが挑戦者だった。
奇跡を見せてくれた。
どうか彼女がたくさん生きれますように、思い出が作れますようにと。

Postcard with Tokyo night view

Last weekend, I bought some postcard at Tokyu-hands in Ikebukuro.
I looked for nice cards with Tokyo picture, coz I' going to reply to the letters which from my friends in USA, Taiwan, Sough Korea....

手紙をくれた友達たちに素敵なカードを送りたいなぁと思っていて、この前「東急ハンズ」で東京の夜景が綺麗なPostcardを見つけた
中でも夕暮れ時、東京タワーと満月のショットがとても美しい。
さて、どんなメッセージを書こうか。
喜んでくれるかな。
だから手紙を書くのは大好き。

BAGEL☆BAGEL

I think BAGEL is not so popular in Japan.
When I was in America, I ate it for the first time
Then I fell in love with Bagel
So, I found some nice bakeries near my apartment.
I often buy it~~~
Hum, so delicious
I ate Melon taste.

ベーグルは日本では毎日食べるとまではPopularではないけれど。
アメリカにいた時は毎日食べていた。
ニューヨークスタイルかな。
スモークサーモン＋クリームチーズサンド、ハム、ベーコン＋レタスとか。
もちろんそのまま食べても美味しい
ベーグルは焼く前に一度お湯の中に入れるのが、ちょっと普通のパンと違う。
それがあのモチモチした食感がたまらない。
住んでるところの近くにいくつかベーグルの美味しいパン屋さんがあるので、結構朝ごはん用によく買っている
今度アメリカの友達がきたらベーグル食べさせてあげようかな。

心の中にはいろんな自分が住んでいる。
…誰かの「未来」を欲しいと思った事があったり、この歌のように必ず叶うって決め込んでいる事もたまに迷ったり、誰かの意見に惑わされてしまいそうになったり、なのにバカみたいに自分の可能性は無限に感じたり…。
でも心の奥の『光』が未来を差している。
その光の方向へと私はきっと進んでいるんだと思う。
最近ある人に『自分らしいとは何か、自分の好きなことが分かっている』と言われた。思わぬ言葉に心が温まった。
「言葉」って簡単に発しているけれど、その力は大きい。

Shibuya(渋谷) with Suzu

After Ikebukuro I went to Shibuya to meet my long term friend Suzu.
I'm going to write her.
When I met her for the first time, I was maybe 3 years old.
I have lived in her neighborhood.
We went to same kindergarten, then we knew each other naturally.
She's also living close to Tokyo right now.
It's easy to meet her anytime I want.
We had a dinner at Italian restaurant, which is our favorite, and after that went to Karaoke
She'd love to go to Karaoke.
Having a dinner and going to Karaoke is our traditional course of play~~~

池袋でしばらく買い物を楽しんでから（サンシャインでお笑い芸人を見た！）
渋谷に向かった。永～い友達のSuzuと会うために
彼女は私にとって特別な友達の一人だ。生まれたのも同じ病院、誕生日も数日違いなんだ
2005年はお互いにとって転機の年だった。
彼女も夢に向かって新しい一歩を踏み出し、私もアメリカに行ったから。
久しぶりにあった彼女の笑顔も輝いていた。
楽しい時間を過ごして元気を充電したような気がする
「今度は近いからすぐに会えるね」
渋谷の雑踏を歩きながら2人で笑った。

Sunshine city at 池袋

I was going to meet my friend, Suzu at shibuya tonight.
I left my house bit early to drop in Ikebukuro.
Ikebukuro is very close to my house.
I can go there by bicycle
It my favorite place to shop There are so many nice shops.
However it's also popular place for young kids...
I bought some stuff~~
And I was surprised~~ coz I met one of Japanese comedians at Sunshine city(池袋).
It was interesting happening to me.

黄金屋 at Shinjuku

I went out to Shinjuku to have a dinner with my sister.
We ate Motsu-Nabe
"Nabe" is one of Popular Japanese foods. We often eat it in winter.
Actually she had a discount coupon!!!
(Her friend used to work there~)
We enjoyed eating Nabe, which was Miso taste
It was really delicious
I'm sure I'm going to go there again.

新宿のもつ鍋で有名なお店に行った。
オシャレな居酒屋なんだけど、今まで食べてきた『もつ』と全く違くて、メチャ美味しかった
おなか一杯食べて、しかも帰る途中にCafeでアイスコーヒーwithソフトクリームを持ち帰りして。。。
でもまた食べに行きたいナ
