家～ラクーアまでの散歩

I took a walk to Kasuga staion from my house.
It took for 1.5 hours, kind of long for me.
I was thinking about my health these days.
So I started to take a walk on weekends.
By the way, I found many things, I have never found
It's nice time

今日は午前中用事があったけど、午後は暇だった。
最近運動不足が気になっていてなるべく歩くようにし始めた
1時間半以上歩いた、家後楽園のラクーアまで、道1本で行けるので簡単
Tとも出かけるとよく歩くので、休みは出来るだけ沢山歩こうと思う
前はいくら食べても平気だったけれど、食べると最近は気になるようになってきた。。。
