10月14日（水）
朝から夕刻までずっと原稿を書いていた。私家版東京11区（板橋）選挙総括だ。2年前から練馬で小選挙区に出る準備をして、板橋に移る経過、そこで経験した貴重な出来事などを書いていた。これからどうするにせよ自分なりのひとつのけじめだ。『石原吉郎 詩文集』（講談社文芸文庫）を持って六本木へ。アスミックエースで「脳内ニューヨーク」を見る。「マルコヴィッチの穴」のスパイク・ジョーンズが制作だというので楽しみにしていた。難解といういうよりも哲学的映像と展開。「人生はすばらしい」こと、誰もがその主人公であるというメッセージは後半部でよく伝わってきた。石原さんのいう「ペシミストの勇気」にも通じる人間の尊厳をいかに守るか。シベリア抑留という極限で「人間としての痛みと屈辱を恢復していく過程」はすさまじい。結局は健康を恢復しても、精神は荒廃したまま。全体主義は人間相互の不信を固着させるシステムでもある。これは過去形でもなさそうだ。
