本年明けましておめでとうございます。
アフィア株式会社・東海大学医学部の岡本でございます。
例年通り、年賀状に代わる「年賀メール」をお送り致します。
4期目を迎えたアフィアはおかげさまで顧客数・スタッフ数・収益を拡大することができ、医学部では解剖実習などを通じて少しずつヒトの内なる世界を理解できるようになったと思います。
また、2006年には「余裕の年」というテーマを掲げておりました。常に「余裕」を持てたわけではありませんが、フルスケジュールの中でも心のゆとりを持ち、今までより日常に楽しさを感じるようになったと思います。引越しをしたこともあり、離れた家族や友人とのつながりという、余裕を持つべき理由を再度実感する年となりました。2006年、皆様にとってどのような年だったでしょうか。
さて、本年のテーマは、
「統合の年」
にしたいと思っています。
野球では塁に出ても、元の場所に戻ってはじめて何かを得ることができます。開始したことを最後までやり遂げ、あらゆる経験を統合して相互のシナジーを考え、1年をかけて地を固めることが今後にもつながると考えています。今年は幅広さより奥深さ、量より質、そして塵をもって山を作ることを目標にしたいと思います。
2007年が皆様にとって幸せ多き年となりますよう心より祈念申し上げます。本年も、ご指導ご鞭撻の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Happy 2007! I trust all is well with you and your family.
As in the past few years, I have condensed Christmas cards and New Year greetings into a single message.
In its fourth fiscal year, Afia has grown in terms of clients, staff, and revenues. Medical school has also been an eye-opening experience, and has allowed me to gain perspective on our inner world as well as to make new friends and discoveries.
My theme for 2007 will be: A Year of Integration.
In baseball, getting on base ultimately means nothing until the batter comes home. I would like to use this year to complete what I have started, integrate various experiences to make new interdisciplinary discoveries, and to set the stage for more learnings going forward.
Finally, I would love to hear from you and correspond on an individual basis. Communication is a two-way street; I have put my latest "out there" and would be delighted to have your latest "out here."
