JR Umishibaura branch Line train Trip

I would like to inform JR Umishibaura branch train of Tsurumi Line.


JR Tsurumi Line consists of Tsurumi main line, Umishibaura branch line, Okawa line.


I ride Umishibaura branch Line train of Tsurumi Line from Tsurumi station.
Train has 3 cars.
7 Stations from Tsurumi to Umishibaura.
Train goes along houses till Asano station.


First is Kokudo station, 2nd is Tsurumiono station, 3rd is Bentenbashi station, 4th is Asano station.




From Asano station, train goes along industrial zone near sea.

Next is Hatsushibaura station, then train arrives at final stop Umishibaura station.

Umishibaura station is for Toshiba company.
Except company people can not get off this station.


Home is on the seaside.
This station has Umishibaura park, that scale is about 340m2.

Sea is not beautiful, but large sea can be seen.
This park has some benches, I sit bench, and see industrial zone and Tsurumi bridge.


That is wonderful view.

I return to Tsurumi station.

When you would like to see from train, I recommend to ride JR Umishibaura branch Line train.

Kobe Motomachi trip: Hanakuma Castle, Sorakuen park, Kanteibyo temple, Honganji-Kobe-Betsuin temple

I would like to inform Kobe Motomachi trip.

I get off at JR Motomachi station, walk west 5minutes, I find stone wall of Hanakuma Castle.

This castle was built by Tsuneoki-Ikeda and Murashige-Araki.


I climb stone steps 2times,arrive at Honmaru Ruin.
East end has Tenshukaku high ground.


From Tenshukaku high ground, JR train and many buildings are seen.
This castle is near JR station, low hill.

This castle ruin is same as Arioka castle ruin.


Next I go north 8 minutes, arrive at Sorakuen park.

Sorakuen park was built by Yasujiro-Kotera at 1911.
Yasujiro-Kotera was a business man for End of Edo period and early Meiji period.

Current Kobe city has this park.


Japanese garden is same as Kyoto garden.
This park has Horse house, Hassam house, Tea house, Ship shaped house.



Many old houses are existing, but these are not opened.
This park has many important houses and garden.


Next I go to Kanteibyo temple, that is built by Kakyo(Chinese in Japan) at 1948.

This Chinese temple is combined Japanese and Chinese Art.


This temple is used for Kakyo and their friend.

Dragon sculpture is splended.

Main temple has some Heros at Sangokushi.

I go south 5 minutes, Honganji-Kobe-Betsuin temple is seen.

This temple is called Modern temple.
This temple adoped Indian type Architecture.

5Spires and Stained glass are beautiful.

Motomachi has original Tourist attractions.
Please visit Motomachi Kobe.

Trip for Inatsuke castle ruin, Takino castle ruin

I would like to inform Castle Ruins of Tokyo and Saitama town area.
First I go to Akabane in north Tokyo.

I get off at JR Akabane, go southwest about 3minutes.
I arrive at Seishoji temple entrance.


I climb stone steps, there are temple gate and Inatsuke castle explanation board.
This castle was built at 1469 by Dokan-Ota.
This castle has not Honmaru, Tenshukaku.
After Dokan's death, Unko monk built Seishoji temple at this castle ruin.

Enter this temple, there are Maintemple and graves.


I can not imagine castle, because there are not castle remains.


Next I go to JR East Tokorozawa station.
I go east to Takino castle by walk.
35 minutes walking, I arrive at entrance of Castle.



Takino castle was built at 1560 by Ujiteru-Hojo.
This castle is small, because this castle is a branch castle for Takinoyama castle at Hachioji.

The castle map board exists at this entrance.
Current position is right bottom.

I go to Double Moat, Torii gate is seen.


Vacant moat is spread in front of Toriigata.
Temple office is right side.

I read Takino castle's explanation.

I climb stone steps, Toriigate is seen, small park is spread.

Honmaru existed at this park.
Stone statue of Takino castle is stood.


Current Shiroyama shrine is existing.

Wideview of EastTokorozawa town is spread.

I go to 3rd Honmaru ruin.

This castle has the feature of Hojo clan,earthen wall and moak.


This castle is smaller than Hachigata Castle.

I go down 3rd Honmaru ruin.
There is Castle ruin park.
Baseball park is seen.

Kanto area has a few castle Ruine.
Takino castle ruin has earthen wall and moak.
I recommend to visit Takino castle ruin.

Takebetaisha's Senkousai festival in Shiga pref.

I would like to inform Senkousai festival.
This festival is held Aug 17. at Takebetaisha shrine.


I get off at JR Ishiyama station.
Go south, cross Kara bridge of Seta, then go east.
About 10minutes walking from station, I arrive at Takebetaisha shrine.


This festival is Takeru Yamato's festival.
Takeru Yamato was an emperor about 1700years ago.

Senkousai festival : Ship with Mikoshi going out
17:00, festival start at Takebetaisha shrine.
Ship with Mikoshi go to Kurozu seaside.



Main festival at Seta river
Ship with Mikoshi arrive at Kurozu seaside.
Fire festival starts at 20:00.




Ship go around Kara bridge of Seta, fires are launched near the bridge.

Fires, Ships, bridge are good contrast, it is beautiful.
Fire Festival is held from 20:00 to 20:55.


Ships return to Takebetaisha shrine.
21:30 festival is finished.

Please visit Ishiyama, and see Fire festival.

Walking Trip at Sugamo Tokyo

I would like to inform Sugamo town walking trip.

I get off at Sugamo station, go north along Hakusan street.


8minutes walking, I arrive at Koganji temple.


This temple has Togenuki Jizo.

Next I get smoke from Ko bowl.
Smoke is effective for health.

I go to Main temple.

I pray, ang buy the Paper of Togenuki Jizo.
This paper is small, to stick to pain spot, pain spot will be good.
Next is Arai Kannon.
Find your bad spot, then pour water to Arai Kannon, and wash Arai Kannon of your bad spot.
Your bad spot will get well.


I buy Tankiri Candy, that is keeping throat good.
This candy is best selling.


Next is Honmyoji temple.
This temple has a big graves.
Ryunosuke Akutagawa, he is a famous novelist, is existing.


I pray this grave.

Next is Shinshouji temple.
Big Jizo is sitting.
Height is 2.68m.



Sugamo town people are praying this temple.

This trip is only 3 hours trip.
Togenuki Jizo is best spot.
Please walk Sugamo town.
