The man holds kagamimochi of 150 kg, the woman holds kagamimochi 90kg and a duration is competed for. I dedicate the power and pray for a perfect state of health, physical staunchness.
A crimson part of this large kagamimochi is conferred on the first strong person, and the name is posted on the precincts as "A yokozuna" for a long time.
