I would like to inform buckwheat fields of Inabe in City Mie Prefecture where flowers of soba will bloom.
Take the Kintetsu train from Nagoya, change Sangi train at Kintetsu Tomida Station, arrive at Nyugawa station in about 30 minutes.
From the station, walking northwest along the railway line of Sangi railway, arrive at the freight railway museum. Around this area, there are buckwheat fields spreading on both sides across the railroad track.
Inabe City’s buckwheat is the first harvest in Mie Prefecture.
Soba flowers in this area is in full bloom from mid September to early October.
Here you can see the Sangi Railway running in the buckwheat fields.

When Autumnal Equinox Day approaches, the contrast of bright red beanflower and white soba flower is beautiful.
Steam locomotive and freight trains are displayed at the freight railway museum.
On the opening day of the monthly opening, you can see work by railway workers of freight trains, model cargo trains in the hall, and also sell train goods. Next time will be opened on October 7.
Buckwheat noodles harvested from Inabe soba flowers can be tasted in "Inabe no Sato soba Festival" 2018/11/4.
