Utsubo Park at Osaka city

I would like to inform Utsubo park walking trip.

I ride Osaka subway from Osaka to Honmachi.
Walk Northwest from Honmachi station 10 minutes, I arrive at Utsubo park.

This park consists East park and West park.
East park has trees and plants garden, West park has sports ground area.
I enter East park.


Rowside trees of Camphor tree and Zelkova, and Metasequoia, Enoki, hydrange etc are planted in this park.
Trees and plants are kept good condition, and some benches are set.
Going forword, a big Phoenix tree is seen.

At the center of East park, 3 sets of young family dolls are seen.




These dolls are seen same as real human.
Going forword, a rose garden is seen.





Rose garden has many kinds of rose.
Till early of July, we can see beautiful roses.

Aoba festival of Chishakuin temple at Kyoto city

I would like to inform Aoba festival of Chishakuin temple.

I ride a bus from JR Kyoto station to Higashiyama Nanajyo.
I arrive at Chishakuin temple.

This festival celebrates birthday of Kobotaishi who is a guru of Shingon Buddha, and Kogyotaishi who bread Shingon Buddha to people.
The birthday is
Kobotaishi : June 15 774, Kogyotaishi : June 17 1095.
This festival is held at June 15.
June is a beautiful season of green trees.
So, this festival is called Aoba festival that means Green leaves festival.

At this festival day, entrance temple charge and entrance garden charge are free.

Colorful wears of Yamabushis and monks are wonderful, and a powerful flame of Goma Hoyo is wild.
