Hand and Arms:
Please pull me and please push (resist) me.
Stick out your arms and resist me.
Please squeeze my fingers.
Make a first, Open your hands, and shake like this.
I am going to check your reflexes.
Foot and Gate:
Please walk heel and toe.
Raise your foot up.
Raise your toes
Step on the gas.
