ビジネスは千三つと言う言葉があるが、仮に99.7%が失敗しても、0.3%が初期投資の100倍程度まで規模が拡大出来て、利益率10%程度を15年間堅持できるのであれば、元は取れるんじゃないかな？

あ、無理だ。起業はある意味、職人芸だと思う。
少なくとも成功率を1％程度まで引き上げ、少額の投下資本でも潜在的なビジネスチャンスがあると多いに見込める場合は、いけるかもね。例えば百万の投資で何とか維持出来る金が回収できた場合とか。年商１億まで増やせられて利益率も10％程度をキープできるなら、まぁ何とか成功と言えるのかな。
そう考えると、本当に経営者ってのはパイオニア（開拓民）だよなぁ。
