文脈からすると、非制限用法のような気もしないでもないが、いずれによせ、これを読んで、ギクッとしたか、ガクッとしたか、ムカッとしたが、アハハとしたけ、関係ねえよ、としたか、などの反応によって、おっさんの体力と性格が分かれる。

今日の昼に出演したラジオ日本AM1422kHzの「マット安川のずばり勝負！」というトーク番組で、NYタイムズ日本支局長のマーティン・ファクラー氏へ、公開討論をしようというofferをしました。
内容はファクラー氏の昨年末の安倍批判の記事と１月３日のNYTの社説についてです。彼のツイッターへメッセージを送ったので、後でFBのアカウントにも投稿します。彼の返事待つことにします

ファクラー氏との、討論はいいんだけど、相手が西村氏じゃななああ。

日本の保守は名誉の保守ばかり考えて、女性問題としてとらえていない。だから、米国、韓国を巻き込んだ生産的な議論ができない。

人種主義のファクラーにとっては、日本の問題だけつついていればいいだけだから、すでに土俵からして有利。

土俵を広げて、切り口を変えていかないと。

因みに、西村氏とファクラー氏、顔がなんとなーく似ている？

共産党はなぜか、１０月の記事をＦＢに流している。

ドイツと同じような対応がいいなら、ドイツは大戦中、女性を性奴隷として搾取したが、いまだに謝罪も補償もせずに、日本を責めている。

【広州＝小山謙太郎、北京＝林望】中国紙「南方週末」の紙面が当局の指示で改ざんされた問題で、広東省共産党委員会宣伝部が事態収束のため、同紙が求めた事前検閲の中止を受け入れたことが分かった。当局に抗議した編集者や記者を処分しないことも承諾。同紙は１０日、通常通り発行された。

　１０日発行号は２０１２年の十大裁判と銘打った特集を掲載。この号から検閲は廃止され、同紙は主張をのぞかせた。失業者がブログで政府を批判し、国家政権転覆扇動罪で訴えられた例を紹介。起訴取り下げになったことから、「憲法にのっとった言論の自由が法廷と社会に受け入れられた」と解説した。

　複数の同紙関係者によると、記者らの一部がストライキをにおわせていた７日、省党委宣伝部と同紙幹部の非公式の協議が開かれた。同紙幹部が事態収束の条件として記事の事前検閲の中止を求め、宣伝部が受け入れた。

　宣伝部は抗議に参加した記者らを処分しないことも了承。当局寄りだとして記者らから辞任要求が出ていた編集長を適切な時期に更迭することも決まった

　アメリカのように、自由がある程度あっても、自国の主流のメディアは政府の宣伝機関になり、敵対国のメディアによって市民の自由、政府の暗黒の歴史を報道されるということもあるし、記者が勉強不足で、自国の闇についての調査報道はしないこともある。


　日本の場合も権力の垂れ流し報道が多い。

　もちろん、原理的、制度的に報道の自由が認められる国家とは比べものにならないが、私はこれ、評価するんだよなああ。

つまり、中国にもっと、言論の自由が認められるべきであるのは当然であるが、中国の自由の確保の歴史的段階を鑑みるに、正しい方向に向かっている、と言う意味で、対応としてはまあまあ、かな、と。


　わりに少ない動員で、政府の対応を変更させた要因はなんなんだったのだろうか、中国政府に影響を与える方法として、そこらへんにも興味がある。

Local authorities may have opted not to alienate their Japanese partners, said Rana Mitter, an expert on Sino-Japanese ties at Oxford University.

“Trade with Japan has been crucial in terms of building what Dalian is today from the 1980s onward and I suspect there’d be a lot of local, political as well as general interest in not upsetting that too much,” he said.

Zhou Qi, a 30-year-old Dalian native running a Japanese restaurant, said his grandparents who lived through colonialism taught him: “There are good Japanese and bad Japanese.”

Nowadays the mixed legacy of the period still shows -- a touristy “Japan Street” of colonial-style homes and shops contrasting with a former Russian-Japanese prison kept as a museum to demonstrate, its website says, the ”barbarous and cruel” nature of imperialism.

Japanese architecture still dots the city, as do sushi and teppanyaki restaurants.

Li Zhengzai, a 39-year-old manager of a Japanese steakhouse, said that after living in Tokyo for six years he came to respect its culture and adopt its style -- so much so that many Chinese now mistake him as Japanese.

But Dalian residents did not lack patriotism, he stressed. They would go to war if needed, he said, and Japan should admit its past aggression, a sore point among many Chinese.

Still, he advised against fighting, as armed conflict would cost money that neither side could afford.

“’National humiliation’ must be remembered,” Li said -- using a term that refers to the Japanese invasion of China -- “but should not impact future generations”.

中国との付き合い方を考えていく上で参考にある。

　米紙ニューヨーク・タイムズがひどい。一党独裁で言論の自由がない中国や北朝鮮ではあるまいし、民主国家日本の首相を「右翼の民族主義者」呼ばわりし恬（てん）として恥じないのだ。

それはアメリカ帝国主義の白人向け雑誌記者たちならありえる。産経もこんどオバマを軍国主義大統領といってやったらどうだろうか？

　同紙は今月３日、「歴史を否定する新たな試み」と題し、旧日本軍による慰安婦募集の強制性を認めた河野談話に関し、有識者による再検討の必要性に言及した安倍晋三首相を口を極めて酷評した。

　当時、官房副長官として河野談話作成に深く関わった石原信雄氏は、証拠はないが謝罪した方が得だと判断したと私にかつて語った。韓国政府が非公式に「強制性を認めれば事を荒立てない」と伝えてきたからだ。だが韓国政府がその後も態度を変えなかったため、石原氏はだまされたと悔やんだが、後の祭りだった。

　証拠もなく、閣議決定も経ないまま、河野談話が発表された平成５年８月４日の翌日、宮沢内閣は総辞職している。前年の１月１３日には、慰安婦問題への軍の関与に言及した加藤紘一官房長官談話が発表されている。３日後、首相の宮沢喜一氏が訪韓し、談話は手土産にされた。事実より政治決着を優先させたのだ。ニューヨーク・タイムズは経緯をどこまで調べて批判しているのか知らないが、談話は日本叩（たた）きに利用され続けている。（佐々木類

どうも旧来の枠組みから抜け出せてない。

過去現在、あるいは、戦時下にかぎっても、日本だけでなく多くの国でみられる、女性を性奴隷として扱う残酷な搾取問題として、とらえてこそ初めて国際的解決が可能である、と考える。

Also, new evidence revealed that younger generation of US citizens (those under 50) die earlier and have poorer health than their counterparts in other developed nations, according to a new study of health and longevity in US.
US men ranked last in life expectancy among the 17 countries in the study, and American women as second to last.
The 378-page report by a panel of experts convened by the Institute of Medicine and the National Research Council was based on a broad review of mortality and health studies and statistics and included other countries such as, Canada, Japan, Australia, France, Germany and Spain.
More specifically, US male deaths before the age of 50 account for two-thirds of the difference in life expectancy when compared to their counterparts in other countries and about one-third of the difference for females.
Americans have also a higher rate of death from guns, car accidents and drug addiction.
“Something fundamental is going wrong,” chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University Steven Woolf told the New York Times. “Something at the core is causing the US to slip behind these other high-income countries. And it’s getting worse.”
The rate of firearm homicides was 20 times higher in the US than in the other countries, according to the report.
The US also had the second-highest death rate from the most common form of heart disease and the second-highest death rate from lung disease.
Americans even had the lowest probability of surviving till the age of 50.
The study attempts to explain such low results by highlighting American disjointed healthcare system with a large number of uninsured citizens and high levels of poverty in the country as possible reasons for the outcome.

要するに、朝鮮での奴隷狩り的強制連行の証拠はなかった、わけだ。

　つぎに多いのは、強制的に集められたケースで、10名いる。5名は役場から割り当てられたという。3名は看護婦の名義で強制的に行かされたが、強制したのは、周旋人と叔父だったり、周旋人や病院の看護士長だったりした。養父と周旋人が強制したケースもあった。これとは別に、看護婦として戦地に行き、しばらく看護婦をしていたが、途中でむりやり慰安婦されたという人が2名いた

また、

朝鮮では募集を業者が行い、軍が強制連行する必要は基本的になかったはずだ

要するに、”軍による”強制連行の証拠はなかった、わけである。

要するに、慰安婦問題、日本軍による性奴隷問題というのは、いまも昔もある性奴隷問題である。

つまり、貧困から、女性が自ら売春宿に身を売り、あるいは、親に売られ、あるいは、ブローカーに騙されて売春宿に売られ、働かされる。いまでも、いわば、

甘言、強圧による等、本人たちの意思に反して集められた事例が数多くあり、

一般には政府がそうした違法行為を取り締まったに関わらず、

官憲等が直接これに加担したこともあった

日本政府だけが、戦時の性奴隷に限ってであるが、謝罪と補償を申し出たのである。

仮に、告発者が黒人でも白人による殺人を無視して、黒人の過去の殺人だけ非難しつづけるとすればーーーいわゆるアンクルトムであるーーーそれは人種差別的である。

在日記者がするよくする言い訳であるが、しかし、少なくとも、普遍的な性奴隷問題について、差別的に取り扱われていることについて不満を持つ日本人がいることの報道くらいできよう。


そして、韓国について報道するファクラーや世界について報道するＮＹＴがこうした性奴隷問題について差別的報道をすることについて、人種差別的です、とちゃんと指摘してください。

日本国内における高等教育の無償化は、朝鮮学校と同じ、学校教育法上の「各種学校」に属するいわゆる「外国人学校」やインターナショナルスクールに対しては、すでに無償化の適用が行われている。にもかかわらず、国際法において正当化され得ない政治的理由に基づき、朝鮮学校への適用を除外する今回の決定は、社会権規約第2条および第13条に違反し、人種差別撤廃条約が禁止する、民族的な出身に基づく「人種差別」にあたると考えられる 。

私もそう思う。むしろ、各種学校すべてに均等に適用しないほうがまだ、いい。



体罰で生徒の鎖骨折る…都教委、中学教諭を処分

　東京都教育委員会は１０日、体罰で生徒の鎖骨を折ったなどとして、区立中学校の男性教諭（２８）を減給１０分の１（１か月）の懲戒処分にしたと発表した。

人の鎖骨を折れば普通に傷害罪だろう。生徒の鎖骨なら懲戒処分で済む、というのはおかしい。

An 11-year-old girl whose gang rape in Texas last year was discovered by adults via cellphone video, a video she then had to watch when she took the stand. A teenage boy in Canada who posted photos on Facebook of a 16-year-old girl being gang-raped, sentenced last year to probation and ordered to write an essay on “the pros and cons of social media.”

In place of the usual banter, peppered with infuriating teenage acronyms, was a stream of comments crystal clear in their meaning. They were vicious and cruel observations attacking Flo for what she’d worn to her 14th birthday party in November.
The other girls told her, in no uncertain terms, that she’d dressed like a ‘slut’, a ‘tart with no self-respect’, and that her parents must be ashamed to have a daughter who ‘looked like a prostitute’.
The attacks on Flo were part of a new trend known as ‘slut shaming’, fuelled by blogging websites like Tumblr, in which teenagers post vicious criticisms online, targeting peers they deem to be dressing too provocatively or wearing too much make-up.



Because nobody has to give their identity away, teenagers are free to write anything they wish without fear of being discovered.
As you can imagine, the temptation for cyber-bullying and harassment is huge and the multimillion-pound company behind the site ― whose headquarters are in Latvia ― has already come under massive criticism after two teenage girls committed suicide, one in 2010 and one in 2011, as a result of suffering abuse on it.



The attack against Flo was terrifyingly brutal. One comment read: ‘Are you dressing like that so boys will want to sleep with you? Aren’t you ashamed of yourself? You think you’re sexy but actually you’re just a cheap slut who should no (sic) better.’
