本来、破綻会社であれば、まず役員と従業員、株主、金融機関が損をかぶって負担するのが「株式会社と資本市場の基本ルール」だ。ところが、今回の賠償スキームでは、株主は株式が紙くずになる100％減資を免れ、銀行も融資や保有社債の債権カットを免れた。

という意見もある。原子力政策は資源の乏しい我が国が国策として進めてきた、のだから、東電や銀行にあんなに責任を負わせるのはおかしい、ということだろうが、しかし、関与の度合い、責任の度合いが違うのだから、東電、銀行に責任をもってもらうのはそれほど辻褄が通っていないわけでもない。
いつまた連帯責任を求められるかわからない電力会社に、今まで通り大事な預金を回すことは難しくなる。そこまで考えた？
ついでにもう一つ。政府は「新成長戦略」で、金融立国を目指す、と言った。日本をアジアの金融センターにする、とも。つじつまを合わせるなら、どこまで責任問えるか分かんないけど人気ないとこに負担させちゃお、はやめないと。
この視点はあってもいいかな、とは思う。
もう少し専門家たちの意見を聞いてみたいところである。
社説：論調観測・大震災と社説 課題掘り起こす役割も
そうした節目に際し、論評していくのが社説の大きな役割である。しかし、大震災に伴って起きているのは原発問題だけではない。とりわけ、とかく見過ごされがちになっている課題を掘り起こしていくのが大切な仕事ではないだろうか。
当たり前ではないか、と思う。いまさら、こんなことを言っているから、日本の大手メディアは政府からの情報の垂れ流しと揶揄されるのである。今後課題・問題意識・ビジョンをもって頑張ってもらいたい。

しかし、谷垣という人もよほどお人好しで、周囲からもっと菅を責め立てよ、といわれると、やる、といった感じか。芯が通っていない。
菅個人の問題より、でっかい国の政策問題をなぜ、つつけないのか、対案とともにそれをつつくことで、追い詰めようとしないのか？
こんなことばかりやってきて、またメディアもこんなことばかりにうつつをぬかして、日本の重要政策は長年ないがしろにされてきたのである。
社説：震災と日中韓 融和から協力深化へ
今回の訪問は特に意義があったとも思わないが、
経済的な相互依存、エネルギー利用や環境問題、防災体制などを考えると、日中韓の協力推進が相互利益の増進につながるのは明らかだ。震災支援で国民感情のしこりがほどけつつあるこの機会を生かし、個々の懸案で対立が生じても決定的な関係悪化に至らせない知恵を、それぞれが出していきたい。
という視点は重要である。

映像を見るとわかるが、透き通る海水に黒い油が沈没した船から漏れ出ている。国際法上どうなるのかわからないが、こうしたことは早め早めに問題意識をもって積極的に取り組んでいったほうがいい。

ハーグへの取り組み、分析というより、欧米人、とくに欧米人男性むけの広告記事。
日本人女性の声をがない。
この点、日本人女性もわるい。いままで、欧米から日本人男性に抑圧される被害者として語られてきて、得する面もあったせいか、それについて沈黙、あるいは、それを利用してきた。
しかし、今回の件では、拉致の当事者として犯罪者扱いされている。
ハーグのこの協約に関しては、私はその趣旨が悪いとは思わない。問題を子供のいた国で解決するというのは不合理なことではない。
しかし、日本人が知らなかった問題も多い。これまで、英語圏の報道では日本の離婚に伴う不合理な側面が報道されてきた。確かに、面接権の行使をより確実に実行させる制度などは日本でも問題とされており、改善が必要である。
他方、日本の報道では、例えば、米国で離婚をすると移住の自由がなくなり、子供をめぐってがんじがらめになることなどあまり知らされていなかった。

また、家庭内暴力で離婚した女性の声もあまり報道されていない。
圧倒的に欧米人配偶者に偏った情報しか流通していなかった。
この点、連れ去りをした側の日本人女性の側も声をだすべきであったし、これからもっと声を出すべきである。
体験談をあつめたものなどを出版や、あるいは少なくともネットでだしていくべきだ。

The issue attracted attention when an American man from Tennessee, Christopher Savoie, was arrested in Japan after trying to take his two children to an American Consulate in 2009. His former wife, Noriko Savoie, had violated an American court custody decision by taking their children to Japan. The Hague convention requires children in such cases to be returned to their countries of usual residence.
同じ問題で、あのサボイエがなかば、英雄に祭り上げられ、サボイエ事件がハーグが適用されるケースである、という。
仮にあれにハーグが適用されたら、悲劇であろう。ハーグ条約の悪用の典型のようなものである。
ただ、これにしても、他の問題でも、日本人が英語圏で声を出さない。情報を発信しない。
ニフコJapan Timesのような日本の英語紙も日本人の声、日本人女性の声を無視する。
その一方、極右の悪役ばかりが、海外の報道でとりあげられる。
英語圏の情報網では、日本は手込めにとられているようなもの。
最近声を出しているのがアラブの民である。

Todd: I don't disregard it; I just think it's secondary.
But according to the law of history that states that educational progress and a decline in the birth rate are indicators of growing rationalization and secularization, Islamism is a temporary defensive reaction to the shock of modernization and by no means the vanishing point of history. For the Muslim world, that vanishing point is far more universal than people are willing to admit. The notion of unchanging Islam and the Muslim essence are purely intellectual constructs of the West.
PIEGEL: Osama bin Laden sought to conduct this clash of civilizations with spectacularly staged acts of terror. Does his death mark the political end of al-Qaida?
Todd: His ghost may continue to fascinate people. His admirers can try to keep the flame alive. But the horribly brutal action taken by the United States actually came at the worst possible moment. Al-Qaida was already politically dead before the death of Bin Laden. The organization never became a mass movement.

Americans are enduring what many are calling a historic economic collapse. Yet most have no understanding of what is going on or what caused this to happen.
The economy and policy are overshadowed by entertainment and fluff news. The US media is failing to deliver the story behind the collapse to the American.
American TVs and newspapers are full of sex scandals, humorous debacles and entertainment hype. The reality of the economic concerns faced by most Americans are not being covered – leaving most Americans in the dark about what exactly is going on or what the future may truly hold.
Senior analyst Max Fraad Wolff from Greencrest Capitol explained that rise in low income industries and an erosion of the middle class and unions has led to a steady decline in the overall economy and job market.
This affects the ability of Americans to own homes, pay for healthcare and eventually retire. As costs rise and incomes decline, the people suffer.
Presently there are more Americans on welfare, food stamps and unemployment than ever before. Many people have maxed out their access to benefits and are unable to receive any government support. Due to budget cuts more and more states are cutting benefits offered to those in need, driving up the poverty and homelessness rates.
The Average person getting out of college now has then of thousands of dollars in debt, and yet is earning less than someone would have if they graduated ten years ago.
Majority of middle class Americans cannot afford college any longer. Tuition rates are high and the prospect of debt is daunting from both loans and credit cards.
