ワードサラダ

って言葉知ってましたか？

私は知りませんでした。

共和党がハリスさんのコメントに対して揶揄した時に言っていました。

意味は

文法的には間違っていないが

言葉が多すぎて意味が分からない

って事だそうです。

まぁハリスさんがそうなのかどうか？

それについては良く分かりませんが

ただこの言葉

たくさんの人に当てはまりますので

私は一瞬笑ってしまいました。

このワードサラダタイプ

2種類に分かれますね

一つは

ただ言葉が機関銃のように一方的に出て来る

いわゆる話好き

ってタイプです。

私の身近な人間にもいます

苦手ですね

こちらの話をあまり聞きませんから

会話も一方通行で

話していても苦痛になります。

ですから

私は隙を見て2階の自分の部屋に逃げ出します

ん？　もしかして誰の事かバレましたか？

それはともかく

気をつけなければいけないのは

もう一つのサラダワードタイプですね。

これは

あえて相手が理解できないように

難しい言葉を多用する

そんな人たちです。

私は実際に会った事がありませんが

投資詐欺の人たちも多分このタイプだと思います。

悪意があるとは限りません

私の大学時代の教授にもいました

せっかく講義を聞いても

ただ難しい言葉ばかり羅列するものですから

さっぱり理解できませんでした。

おかげで私は単位を落として・・

この話は筋違いでしたね

私が単位を落としたのは先生のせいではありませんｎ

自分のせいです。

とにかくこの難解な言葉のサラダ

これを多用する人は

相手が理解できない事に意味がある

私はそう思っています。

投資詐欺とか新興宗教とか

実際には聞いてる人は理解できてないのに

理解できた気にして優越感を植え付け

見事に信者に仕立て上げる

まぁそんな所だと思います。

私の大学の先生も悪気は無いかも知れませんが

生徒が理解できない言葉を多発して

それによってカリスマ性が上がり受講する人が増える

そんな風に見えました。

まぁしかし私はだめですね。

自分が理解できない事を

そのまま言いなりになる

なんて事は苦手です。

私の生き方は

自分自身も理解できる範囲で

お客様に対しても

お客様が理解できる範囲

これをいつも意識しています。

まぁしかしそうは言っても

科学技術が進歩して社会も複雑化した現在

私の脳が理解できる範囲で生活ができるのか？

って言えばもちろんそうではありません。

ただ言いたいのは

素人が理解できない事を

なるべく理解できるように単純化する人と

その逆に

難しい話をさらに難しくして

相手を思考停止にする

この二つの人種がいる

って事です。

ですから

詐欺被害や宗教被害に遭わないためには

その辺の視点で相手を見ると

割とその邪悪さが見えて

痛い目に合わなくて済む

そんな事も多いと思います。

いずれにしても

私自身は仕事でも私生活でもシンプルに徹する

これを意識していますから

この歳まで無難に生きて来れた

これを確信しています。

Have you evere heard of the term "word salad"?

I didn't know it.

The Republican Party used it to mock Harris' comments.

It means that although the words are not grammatically incorrect, 

there are too many words to understand the meaning.

I'm not sure if Harris is like that or not, 

but this term applies to a lot of people, so I laughed for a moment.

There are two types of word salad types.

The first type is the so-called talkative type, whose words just come out one-sidedly like a machine gun.

I have people close to me who are like that, too.

I'm not good with them. 

Their conversations are one-way and it's painful to talk to them.

So when I get the chance, I run off to my room on the second floor.

Huh?

Did you find out who I was talking about?

Anyway, the other type you need to be careful of are the people who use a lot of difficult words so that the other person can't understand.

I've never actually met them, but I think investment fraudsters are probably this type too.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything. 

I had a professor in college who spoke with difficult words

so I couldn't understand his lecture

finally I failed my course because of him. 

This story is off the mark. 

It's not the professor's fault that I failed my course.

It's my own fault. Anyway, 

I think that people who use this difficult word salad a lot are include malicious people

Investment fraud, cult religions, etc., 

even though the listeners don't actually understand, 

they think they understand and instill a sense of superiority, 

and successfully turning them into followers. 

I think that's what they're like. 

My university professor may not have had any bad intentions, 

but he used a lot of words that students couldn't understand, 

which increased his charisma and made more people take his classes. 

But I'm not good at it.

I just following what I don't understand.

 My way of life is to do things that I can understand myself, 

and to do things that my customers can understand. 

I always keep this in mind. 

But even so,

with advances in science and technology and a complex society, 

can I live within the limits of what my brain can understand? 

Of course not. 

All I want to say is that there are two types of people: those who simplify things that amateurs can't understand, 

and those who make difficult topics even more difficult and stop the other person from thinking. 

So, in order to avoid becoming a victim of fraud or religion, 

if you look at the other person from that perspective, 

you can see their evil 

and avoid suffering. In any case, I

 am conscious of keeping things simple both at work and in my personal life, 

and I am convinced that this is why I have been able to live safely up to this age.
