1: A South Korean law which states that only the visually impaired can be licensed masseurs has been upheld in the country's Constitutional Court.

1: Two men, who officials describe as neo-Nazis, have appeared in a US court accused of plotting to kill Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

1: A Muslim cleric has caused public outrage in Indonesia after marrying a 12-year-old girl.
