ICAN studytour which involves many interactions with children will be held in this coming December, February and March.
ICAN (International Children's Action Network) with experiences of development projects and emergency relief operations for 21 years in the Philippines. ICAN is an independent Non-government organization(NGO) working for the welfare of children.
