Yesterday, I went to an assertive seminar.

 Assertiveness seems to mean the skill of coexisting with society. 

I got the impression that  how a community is being built 

and thinking about one's own position within it.
I felt like I should just do what I do every day. 

It was a small benefit to hear opinions from everyone.
