Yoyogi Hachimangu Shrine in Tokyo

I would like to inform Yoyogi Hachimangu Shrine near Yoyigi Park.


I get off Yoyogikoen station of Tokyo Metro.
Walk north 5minutes, I arrive at Yoyogi Hachimangu Shrine.


Yoyogi Hachimanngu Shrine was buil at 1212, by Arai clan.

Enter this shrine from southwest gate.
I climb stone steps, throw Torii gate 2times, arrive at main shrine.

Near Chozuya, a cat is sleeping.

I go to this shrine Jyne 30, tgus day is Nagoshi no Ooharae event.
In front of pray shrine, Chinowa is set.

This Nagoshi no Ooharae event is same as Kyoto's one.


Kyoto Nagoshi no Ooharae has many visitors, so you have to wait Chinowa Kuguri.
But this shrine has not so many visitors, you can enter Chinowa slowly.
Chinowa Kuguri is done below way.
1. Having your wish
2. Turn left with your wish
3. Turn right with your wish
4. Turn left with your wish
Then go to pray shrine, and pray.


Go to right, Mikoshi for festival is seen.

Go right, Yoyogi Hachimango ruins excavated goods Exhibition Hall.

Please go near this Hall, ligh up the ruin's Goodson automatically.

Go southwest, Tateanashiki house is seen.


Please visit Yoyogi Hachimango.
You can feel sacred feeling near the big town.
