2017年初日の出 The first sunrise

今年の我が家から見えた初日の出、午前７時。
さあて今年はどんな年になるか？　体調さへ良ければまだカントリーキッチン周りにやることは沢山ある。薪小屋作り、ガーデンキッチン、崖の補強（石積み）、薪割り、近所の庭のコンクリート張り、旅行、近くのスキー場に雪が降ったら初滑り等。ゴルフも何度か８０台を出したいものだ。
ことしも皆さんにお世話になります。よろしく。

To recall 2016 I had some health problems going through two operations on my gall bladder which was finally removed in April. The doctor also found a tumor on my duodenum during the examination, and it is to be re-examined next April.
Otherwise I have been pretty busy constructing a kitchen house on the foundation I made in 2015. It has been a lot of fun to build(self) a house (tiny) certainly with some challenge especially on sewage piping(1-2/100 grading), toilet fixing(gathering necessary parts), chimmny fixing (roofing), and cooker stove fixing(insulation). I had a great joy when the house was finally ompleted and I am now quite pleased to see the place quite popular among our friends for gathering for cooking and chatting. A sad news is my birth place in Kumamoto received devastating damages by two large earthquakes in April and my mother died in July at age 93.
Let's see how 2017 will go for me.
