ヨーロッパだのアメリカだのって言われても
私たち東アジア人からすれば
大差は無い
そんなイメージがありますよね。
多少の文化の違いはあっても
キリスト教で国を作って来た
この歴史がある国と
私たちは歴史の上ではほぼキリスト教とは無縁ですし
見た目も人種の違いは大きいですね
今は馴れましたから
白人を見てもそれほど違和感は無くなりましたが
多分江戸時代に初めて白人を見た人たちは
同じ人間には思えなかったのでは無いか
って思いますよね。
そんな風ですから
ヨーロッパの戦争の歴史を見ても
何であれほどの殺し合いをするのか？
感覚的には理解できません。
理解はできませんが
間違いなくヨーロッパの中での民族の違いによる壁は存在しますから
時々理解するように意識していますが
最近の大統領選挙は
大変理解には役に立ちましたね。
具体的にはロシアの大統領とアメリカのトランプ
全く違いますよね。
これによって
国民性の違いが見えてきます。
トランプの場合は
とにかく芝居がかった大げさな演説ばかりでウンザリしましたが
プーチンは対照的に
いつも声を押し殺して静かにしゃべります。
どうしてここまで違うかと言うと
多分それが国民性の反映なんでしょうね。
アメリカでは派手にアピールする人が好まれ
ロシアでは地味で少し恐い感じがある人が好まれる
多分そんな傾向が国民の中にあるのだと思います。
逆に言えば
プーチンがアメリカで大統領選挙に出ても
相手にされないでしょうし
トランプがロシアの大統領選挙に出ても
かなり嫌われるように思いますね。
ですから
プーチンはロシアだから大統領になれるし
トランプはアメリカだから大統領になれる
そんな事だろうと思います。
ではこの二人
日本の総理大臣になれますかね？
まぁダメでしょうね。
日本は和を大切にする国ですから
トランプの目立ちたがり屋は無理です。
大相撲の世界で大記録を残した白鵬ですら
その派手なパフォーマンス故に嫌われて
今相撲界を追われようとしてる訳ですからね。
また多分プーチンも日本では指導者になれませんね
あの冷酷な表情は日本人には受け入れられません
もし受け入れられるとすれば
反社会勢力の親分
ってとこだろうと思います。
ではこの二人
私の沖縄の部落で区長さんになれますかね？
断言できます
絶対に無理です。
と言うより村から追い出される可能性が高いです。
こうやって考えると面白いですよね。
世界の軍事力で１位と２位を占める国の指導者になれても
私の部落の区長にはなれない
これはどう捉えたら良いのでしょうね。
まぁ多分服と一緒ですね。
大きな人は大きな服は着る事ができますが
小さな服は着るとこが出来ない
って訳です。
人の作る組織は無数にあって
それぞれ自分に合った場所に身を置く
これが一番大切だと思いますね。
私自身も
小さな会社を経営していますが
自分の性格では大きな組織では絶対に無理
若い頃から分かっていました。
まぁだから割と無難に人生を送れたのだと思います。
社員に対しても私は同じ思いです
大会社の社員と比較する気は全くありません
大会社に合わない
そんな人たちの受け皿になれば良い
そう思っています。
まぁ組織に合わない
って事は
私と同じで我が強い
って事ですからね
そんな人たちを使う心得
これも私はしっかり持っています。
我が強い人たちは
可能な限り好きにやらせる
これが私の方針です。
ですから当社の社員は
それぞれやってる事もまちまち
書類の書式も自分に合わせてオーダーメイドで
まとまりがありません。
が
それでも会社が回ってる
理由があります。
それは皆真面目な人間ばかりです。
真面目過ぎて柔軟性を欠き
大きな組織では務まらないのです。
ですから
能力で劣ってる訳ではありません。
そんな風にして考えると
人間は
自分に合わない器に入るのが不幸の始まり
そんな風にも思いますね
自分の器を見極めて
アメリカ大統領に向いてると思えば
それを目指せば良いし
零細企業に向いてると思えば
是非当社に面接に来てください。
私はトランプが来てもプーチンが来ても
面接では落としますからね。
大国の大統領だから偉い
なんて考えは
私の中ではありません。

Trump's show-off style is impossible.

They are all serious people.
Too serious and lacks flexibility
So they don’t work in large organizations.
Therefore they are not inferior in ability.
Humans are
Being in a vessel that doesn't suit them are beginning of misfortune.
I think so too.
