CVの書き方セミナーにでてみる。grant申請のようなときは、NIHフォーマットでよいらしいけれど、就職する、転職するなどの時はいろいろと工夫が必要である。
Propel Careersという会社のCEOが来てしゃべっていた。ライフサイエンスの学位をとったのち、クインタイルズなどで働いていた人らしい。
経歴はこんな感じ。理系からマネジメントに変わるにはこうすべきなんだと参考になる。

割とわかりやすく、盛りだくさんの内容であった。基本的には、行きたい場所がアカデミアなのか、NPOなのか、ビジネスなのか、また職が研究職なのか、教育職なのか、マネージメントなのかによって、強調すべき項目が変わってくる。
また強調すべき項目も、たとえばマネジメントであれば、単に研究したと事よりは、共同研究で成果を出したというようなことを強調する。また課外活動やボランティア活動などで取りまとめたりしたようなことも、リーダーシップの経験として特筆すべきであるといった内容である。
何となく面接の達人的(面接ではないので、就活の達人というべきか。。)な就活講座であるが、英語の内容で「面接の達人」をやるとこうなるのかということが分かって面白い。
また資料はCVの例文できそうな内容もあって、結構ためになるのではないか？
