国境を越えた普遍性
Universality beyond national boundaries:

グローバル化が進み、ときには外国人と渡り合わなくてはならない場面も出てくるかもしれない。そういうときも、判断の基準は「人間として正しいかどうか」ということであり、そのことを常に自分の胸に手を当てて問うことだ。それは国境を越えた普遍性を有するため、多少の文化的な衝突はあっても、根っこのところでは、必ず彼らも理解してくれる。
As globalization advances, there may be situations where you have to contend with foreigners. At that time also, the criteria of your judgement should be " Whether it is right or not as a human," and you should always ask such a question to yourself.
As there is universality in that thought, you could surely get a basic understanding from foreigners, although there are some cultural conflicts in the process.
