A colleague:

「人」という字の成り立ちで分かるように人間は一人では立っていない。同じように、自分一人で経営していくのは難しい。やはり相棒というものが必要だ。
A human does not stand and exist alone in the society as you could see from the Japanese kanji character expressing " a human." Likewise, running a business alone would be difficult. You need a colleague in your business as well.

Those who are turned down at an employment examination have a possibility that they would be the customers of the company in the future. So, you should carefully treat them. (a person rejected in job hunting)
