才能を私物化してはならない②
Your talent should not be personalized (2):

才能を持って生まれた人間は、天が与えてくれたリーダーとしての役割をまず果たさなければならないはずです。
Those who were born to be the persons with talent should, first of all, carry out their roles as a leader given by Heaven.
才能を誇り、傲慢に振る舞うリーダーであってはならないはずです。
They should not be a leader who show off their talent, behave arrogantly.
天賦の才を決して私物化してはなりません。
They should not use their inborn ability in a personal way.
謙虚で自らの才を集団のために行使するリーダーであるべきです。
They should a leader who utilizes their ability for other people for the community.
