反省を習慣化する
Your self-reflection should be a kind of custom of yours:

忙しい毎日を送っている私たちは、つい自分を見失いがちである。そうならないためには、意識して反省をする習慣をつけなければならない。反省ある日々を送ることにより自分の欠点を直すことができ、人格を高めることができる。
Many of us are busy every day, and tend to lose ourselves sometimes. In order to avoid such things, you have to make it a rule to consciously reflect yourself. Spending your days with self-reflection can make you fix your defects and enhance your personality.

It is no good for you to decide whether it is good or not ,and put that decision into practice just by thinking of things at a point of time. (judgement)
