人格は変化する：
Personality is what changes:

努力家で謙虚であったはずの人が、いったん権力の座に就くと、一転、傲岸不遜になることがあります。一方、身を誤った人間であっても、心を入れかえ、研鑽と努力を重ねて、素晴らしい人格者に一変した例もあります。
There are some who have been a man of efforts and been modest, but suddenly change their attitude on the contrary to be arrogant on taking a position of authority. On the other hand, there is an contradicting example. That means even though one has made a failure in one's life, one can survive such difficulty with one's mind changed, and become a man of excellent personality through diligent study and efforts.
リーダーを選ぶにあたり、「人格」というものが、絶えず変化していくものであることを忘れてはなりません。
When you choose a leader, you should not forget the fact that human's personality is what incessantly changes.

二千年前の言葉に「君子は日に三転す」というのがあることを考えれば、今日のような変化の激しい時代は、日に十転も二十転もすることが必要だ。（順応）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Two- thousand- years-old words say " A wise man change his mind three times a day." So, in the times like the present, we need to change our minds many times, really ten times or twenty times a day.
