理想をめざす
To seek to reach your ideal:

最初に到達すべき理想を描き、どんな障害があろうと、まっしぐらに進んでいく。めざす頂が見えているからこそ、峻厳な岩場に果敢に挑戦し、それを超えて、何があっても登ろうという気力が生まれるのだ。
To first depict your ideal you should reach and proceed directly in that direction no matter what kind of barrier may exist. Because the summit could be seen, you could get the guts to challenge rigorous cliffs, get over those and reach there.
