解決の糸口
Clue to a solution:

どんなことがあっても成功を勝ち取るのだ、という切迫した気持ちを持つ。加えて物事を素直に見られる謙虚な姿勢を忘れない。そうすれば、ふだんは見過ごしてしまうような、ごく小さな解決への糸口を見つけることができる。
To hold a strong mind so that you will secure a victory no matter what kinds of things may happen. In addition to that, not to forget to have a modest mind to be able to honestly see the things. With these mindsets, you can find a small clue to solution, which you might usually fail to find.

When you do things after being ordered to do so, there is not so much result. It is when you proceed with your work on your own initiative, seeking an answer to your questions that there are a lot of results. (independency)
