According to a survey carried out by The Nihon Keizai Shimbun,it is learned that 97% of the listed companies closing their business years at the end of March will likely revise their articles of association at their coming shareholders' meetings.This move is the results of their taking advantage of the Company Law enacted this May,and is aimed at enhancing their management flexibility. Among the proposals are utilization of e-mails in the board of directors' meeting decisions or those that make the policies of paying dividends more flexible.
