According the sources, it has become certain that the Tokyo District Prosecutors Office will be able to indict the Mukakami Fund for insider (stock) trading in buying Nippon Broadcasting Systems's stocks.
The prosecutors office suspects that the fund bought the Nippon Broadcasting Systems's stocks when it had acquired the information from some Livedoor's executives that the Livedoor was going to buy the Nippon Broadcasting Systems' stocks in large amounts before the information bacame public. The problem is that that kind of move belongs to violation of the Securities and Exchange Law.
立件は起訴すると同義：で起訴するは各種のい方がある。
ＡをＢの容疑で起訴する：
indictＡ for Ｂ, indict A on suspicion of
indict A on charges of （なぜかchargeの場合はここでは複数形のchargesが使われる）
indict のかわりに、prosecute やacuse の動詞を使うこともある。
charge を動詞で使うときは charge A with B となる。
証券取引法は今日の表現the Securities and Exchange Law が正しい。昨日は、わからなかったので、適当に逃げた。ただし昨日の表現もまんざらおかしいわけではなく、専門家でなければ、日常の会話とうでは、あの程度でいいのではないかと、個人的には、思う。自然に覚えるものは覚えてくるもので、それより気にしたほうがいいのは、構造的な言葉の組み合わせ方のほうでしょう。基本的英文構造が間違っていないかどうか。
それから、ニッポン放送（株）は、Nippon Broadcasting System Inc.が正式なんですが、これなどはいちいち覚える気にならない。せいぜい、Nippon Broadcasting でいいのでしょう。正式の文書で書くときは話は別である。時間があるから、そこは調べるくらいのことは、当然。何か、ぱっと喋らなければならないときのイメージで言えば、以上のとおり。
