Putting private construction works under the subcontracoros' charge will be prohited,probaly from next fiscal year.Especially, in the field of construction of facilities for the consumer,such as condominium complexes, hotels and commercial buildings,it will be wholly banned. This move is initiated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. And the purpose is to prevent so-called corner-cutting construction works.
