The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has started to discuss how to basically oblidge comunication business (service) operators to open the networks of their wireless communications such as cellular phone services to others from the year,2007. The move is aimed at promotion of the new entry into the market and more competition,and also will make the charges lower and the serices more diversified.
