It is learned that competition in the public works projects has recently been intensified. According to some data, contract prices of the most major general contractors in the country have been significantly lowered.
This is a clear and explicit effect of the revised Antitrsut Law enacted in the end of last year. In January through March this year, contract prices was, on avearge, around 80 % of anticipated prices by authorities,caomapred with 97% in the previous period of last year.
