10 % consumption tax for dry fruits at around Yanesen?

Was I deceived by the foreign shop seller for my purchase of dry fruits?

He demanded 10 % tax extra , it must not be added 10 % but 8%.

These days we pay items not on cash, therefore we seldom have some question

about merchants or sellers.

Be careful about  the internationalization!
