小生が、古いシャンソンが好きだとメル友に伝えたら、次のイヴ・モンタンのYouTubeのsiteを教えてくれた。

久しぶりに、年老いたイヴ・モンタンの枯葉を聴いた。
その上、フランス語の判らない小生に、仏と英語の歌詞を教えてくれた。
英語読みジャック・プレヴェールの詩の英語訳版を下記「補足」に示しておいた。これはかなり原文のフランス語に忠実に訳しているように感じた。
（Jacques Prévert (pronounced [ʒak pʀeˈvɛʀ] in French; February 4, 1900 - April 11, 1977) was a French poet and screenwriter.）
しかし、越路吹雪さんの歌を覗いて見たら、
作曲：J. Kosuma、作詞：岩谷時子となっていた。
日本語の作詞は実に見事に原作を反映し、しかも日本人向けに作られている。これだからこそ、訳詩ではなくて作詞の価値があるのだろうと、ほとほと感心した。
