Dear My Friend

How are you?
Are you lively in spite of this extremely hot summer?
I am still now so vigorous that I am struggling with some big projects in Himeji and Tokyo.
First, in Himeji I am tackling a clean-up operation of a nearby polluted river, the River Ono, since all of fish in the river completely looked died in this spring because of someone’s throwing of poison.
I have found that there are many causes making the river polluted and fish killed. Then the river is never purified despite a solution of a cause of the pollution or removal of some sort of poison.
The biggest cause untouched is that the city municipal itself has long polluted the river through intentional, secret, and direct discharge of sewage without any purification at less than thirty spots in the central part of my city on heavy rainy day, and the sewage includes a lot of excretion from home toilets. Such a cause or a horrible fact is utterly unbelievable for most of citizens.
Citizens who have been surprised with such a big scandal must decidedly claim the municipal for a thorough explanation and perfect and rapid improvement of the wrong sewage system. It may become a civil war, in a meaning, against the conservative and powerful city, which has not considered the true welfare of citizens and civilized life.
Now I am a bold leader of the struggling group against Himeji city officials.
Thank you so much for your reading my letter.
Next, I will send a letter referring an ambitious project of establishing a consortium for national tour guides in Tokyo and Osaka.
See you.
