高い目標が大きな成功をもたらす：
A highly set goal is the key to success:

高い目標を設定する人には大きな成功が得られ、低い目標しか持たない人にはそれなりの結果しか得られない。
自ら高い目標を設定すれば、そこに向き合ってエネルギーを集中させることができ、それが成功の鍵となる。
A person with a highly set goal can get a great success, and a person with a low-level goal can only get a result of a sort.
If you set up a high goal, you can concentrate your energy to that, which would be a key to success.

Before making complaints about your company's executives or your bosses for not understanding the things well, you should reflect on yourself, thinking whether you have made efforts and devised to get their understanding, after telling them your opinion squarely.
