未来進行形で考える：
The way of thinking in the future progressive form:

目標を立てるときには、「自分の能力以上のもの」を設定するーそれが私の考えです。
When setting up a goal, I usually set a target "which is beyond my present ability. " It is my way of thinking.

今の自分では「とてもできそうもない」と思われるほどの困難な目標を、「未来の一点で達成する」ということを決めてしまうのです。
In such a case, I will decide a high target which seems to be too difficult and impossible for the present ability of mine. And I think I will try to attain that target at some point in the future.

そして、その「未来の一点」にターゲットを合わせ、現在の自分の能力をその目標に対応できるまで高める方法を考えていくのです。
And, focusing on a point in the future, I will work out various kinds of ways to enhance my ability to that which will be competent to deal with that target.

The bigger a company is, the more positively the manager themselves should deal with difficult issues, and also try to find out hidden problems. (the manager's role)

We could not be long in the situation of being scary of difficulties. If we continue to make efforts and don't lose our hopes, the time will come when your efforts would pay off. (difficulties)
